This December, I am bringing you a series of competitions we’re grouping together as the Ten Tiers of Christmas (pun intended) - again. I did the same in 2017, and I absolutely loved it - and I believe you guys enjoyed it too. The results were amazing! The budget this year would have been a lot smaller, but WG and I have agreed that WG sponsors a part of this, but will distribute all of the prizes listed below (using my own gold as payment) so we get to a similar budget as last year. This means, btw, that you get all the prizes directly on your account through Wargaming =)
It’s been a very long time since we launched any sort of competition, and I think it’s high time we do it again. Since the community is becoming more and more global, I love the idea of running this thing globally, rather than limiting it to the server of my origin. Not only will these competitions encompass all tiers, with a competition for each one, the Ten Tiers of Christmas will be a global series of competitions. This means that though there will only be two winners per tier, the winner can come from any of the servers.
The competitions will run at the same time through the forums across the servers, with 8 competitions in total in that fashion, and we’ll have 2 streams giveaways somewhere in the month - dates to be inserted here . That way, each tier will have something with prizes.
The entries will have to be from the dates the competition runs in (December 1st until and including December 31st, in any timezone), and can be submitted up to a week after the competition has ended (thus no later than January 7th, 2019, 23.59 CET) using a specific format in the subject, which will be listed at each specific tier-competition. Submissions send with a wrong format as subject-title, missing one or more of the required screenshots, or sent after the last date and time for submissions will be disregarded. Needless to say, they have to take place in the tier that goes with the competition. There is one competition per tier.

Entries posted in the competition-topic or through PM or any other medium will be disregarded. If the same result is submitted two or more times, the result will be disregarded as well. For each tier competition you can submit as many different results as you want - as long as you follow the topic-format in the email. Keep in mind though, that you have up to a week after the competition closes to submit your result, so there shouldn’t be a need to hastily submit a result and having to send in a lot of them.
The Ten Tiers of Christmas:
Tier I
- Be creative
- Make a drawing of one or more of the old tier I tanks (meaning the Leichttraktor, Medium I, Renault Otsu, MS-1, Renault FT, Renault NC-31or the T1 Cunningham)
- Judges will be Meadsy69, Sk8xtrm and Amaunet85
- Prize: 1 week of premium time for both first and second place
- Subject title for submission:
Tier I (player name) (server)
Tier II
- Whoever gets the highest base XP in a tier II vehicle in a battle wins
- If there’s people with the same XP, damage will count, if that’s the same, then kills.
- Prize: 1 week of premium time for both first and second place
- Subject title for submission:
Tier II (player name) (server) (amount of xp) - Needed screenshots:
- Battle results (shows the date and time of your battle)
- Team results
Tier III
- Whoever keeps the most of the team alive in a tier III vehicle
- If there’s people with the same amount, then XP will count, if the same, then damage will count, if that’s the same, then kills.
- Prize: 1 week of premium time for both first and second place
- Subject title for submission:
Tier III (player name) (server) (players of the team left alive) - Needed screenshots:
- Battle results (shows the date and time of your battle)
- Team results
Tier IV
- Whoever has the highest amount of bounces in a tier IV vehicle
- If there’s people with the same amount, then damage will count, if the same, then XP will count, if that’s the same, then kills.
- Prize: 1 week of premium time for both first and second place
- Subject title for submission:
Tier IV (player name) (server) (amount of bounces) - Needed screenshots:

- Personal results (in the team results, click your name, then screenshot that)
Tier V
- Whoever does the most damage wins in a tier V vehicle
- If there’s people with the same damage, XP will count, if that’s the same, then kills.
- Prize: 1 week of premium time for both first and second place

Tier VI
- Whoever gets the most supremacy points wins in a tier VI vehicle
- If there’s people with the same amount of points, XP will count, if that’s the same, then damage, if that’s the same, then kills.
- Prize: 1 week of premium time for both first and second place
- Subject title for submission:
Tier VI (player name) (server) (amount of supremacy points) - Needed screenshots:

- Personal results (in the team results, click your name, then screenshot that)
Tier VII
- Stream competition tier
- Over the course of 2 hours, I’ll give away 2 PZ V/IV.
- The stream will happen on my youtube channel on Friday, December 14th, starting at 20.00/8pm CET.
Tier VIII
- Stream giveaway tier
- Over the course of 2 hours, we’ll give away 2 Excelsior.
- The stream will happen on my youtube channel on Saturday, December 22nd, starting at 20.00/8pm CET.
Tier IX
- Whoever gets the most assisted damage in a tier IX vehicle
- If there’s people with the same amount of assisted damage, XP will count, if that’s the same, then damage, if that’s the same, then kills.
- Prize:
First prize: a Panther M/10
Second prize: 1 week of premium time - Subject title for submission:
Tier IX (player name) (server) (amount of assisted damage) - Needed screenshots:
- Battle results (shows the date and time of your battle)
- Team results
- Personal results (in the team results, click your name, then screenshot that)
Tier X
- Teamwork - the toon that does the most damage together in tier X vehicles wins this.
- Players can be from any clan, platoon can have any composition, but both vehicles have to be tier X (obviously).
- If there are toons with the same amount of damage, XP will count, if that’s the same, then kills.
- Prizes:
one T23E3 for one player of the toon and one SU-122-44 for the other player of the toon - Subject title for submission:
Tier X (player1 name)/(player2 name) (server) (amount of damage together) - Needed screenshots:
- Battle results (shows the date and time of your battle)
- Team results
The winners of tier IX and of tier X can, if they wish, also send in their replays and have their games featured on my channel.
In case the players that win tanks already have the tank, we might be able to get something else. So, do your best and enter the competitions en masse!
