How long does it usually take for wargaming to respond to a ticket? I submited about 24 hours ago and haven't hear anything since. Its kind of urgent, regards in-game good loss and right now:

I kind feel having a middle age crisis.

24-72 hours initial response time, not counting the automated form response that you should've received shortly after submitting the ticket. Note that sometimes if they're swamped due to some glitch or something from a recent update it could take even longer than that.

depends... mondays are probably swamped with all the weekend tickets, tuesdays they might be able to catch up... but i'd definitely stress about it tomorrow.

1-3 business dsys depending on volume of tickets, wait for a reply before replying to your own ticket or asking a second question like “why no reply yet?” because the ticket will then be moved to the back of the queue ( don’t know if wg fixed that yet)

It's not a bug, so I'm not sure why they would fix it.

I accidentally purchased 360 days of premium time with 16000 gold and wondering if i could get it back. (i was cleaning the screen of my phone while the game set to garage mode and ended up with 362 days of premium time added and i was happily disappointed that 16000 was missing).

So technically i did not use any of the 360 days of premium time because i had 3 days of premium time left prior to the mistakenly purchase, but thats gonna run out very soon if they don't response to it.
