First shell on the IS-4 you low rolled your penetration value, so you bounced off his upper plate (which is quite tough to pen mind you)
Second shell on the IS-4, when you fired, your reticle was just between his upper side and his tracks, and when you fired, the shell dipped low and hit his tracks, and side armor, which was very angled, so you didn't pen.

I watched several times and agree with others who have posted.
Nothing to report here. Your “historical hit rate” is under 74% and that’s the issue.
Just be wasting WG time when they can be answering and/or reviewing actual issues.
