lord help me! How do u get faster reload? On dimmzys t49, he has 12 second when on my t49 I have 17.7 seconds. How!

100% crew, rammer, both food provisions

  Both food provisions will help your crew do things faster. Adrenaline as far as consumables go and gun rammer whenever it is available for the tank you’re playing. 

 

  Dimmzy’s crew skills are maxed, he’s gonna do a lot things guys that don’t have maxed crew skills aren’t going to ba able to do. Everyone who’s been around for 3 years or more has maxed crew skills but I don’t think it does you that much good as far as reloading is concerned. Most of the skills are situational.

Gonna have to prove you wrong on the maxed skills there. F2P and intermittent play with almost no premium time attributes to most my skills being between lvl 5-6 at best. The TD camo is at 7, but that's an exception as the other TD skills are at 4-5 last i bothered to check.

You can start off by having a 100% crew. The more your crew is trained, the better the characteristics of your tank are. Also, it helps to have maxed out crew skills. Make sure to load double food and improved fuel for your provisions. They will help improve the characteristics of your tanks. In the first slot of equipment, one of the options is the gun rammer. This will improve your reload time.

  It doesn’t take that long to grind a crew and at that tier having a 100% crew isn’t as crucial as having it at tier VIII and above. 

 

  Personally, the best advice I’ve ever seen in regards to something like that is, “Don’t play stock tanks”.

How to maximize your gun's reload:

 

1. Ensure your vehicle has a 100% crew. This is a no brainer.
2. Run Double Food Provisions. This is a common term among players but to explain, there are two provisions that are food items. Both raise your crew skill by 5 and 10% respectively. You MUST use both of these provisions in order to receive maximum benefit from them.
3. Run Gun Rammer equipment (or Improved Ventilation if Gun Rammer is n/a.)
4. Train the crew skills:
   1. Adrenaline
   2. Rage
5. Run the item "Adrenaline", which increases your reload further.

 

When all is said and done, with both crew skills active, it is possible to maximize your reload.

 

No, don't ask me to calculate the exact numbers. I don't know Wargaming's formula for crew level.

See above. There is one equipment piece-rammer-that can be run instead of calibrated shells. I use it on almost everything.

currently I run rammer and container of coke 

just wondering if there was anything else. I’m also at like 100 credits so I can’t upgrade my equipment. And something else might be that I don’t have 100% skills
