Where would we be without a blessed visit from our resident Soviet apologist

“Soviet tanks” and “ergonomics” don’t even belong in the same sentence. Adding one of the biggest dead end tank designs as an example of such is sheer genius.

Bless your heart, and don’t get your arm munched in a Soviet autoloader, dude!

I like my AT15. wrong

Mind you, I haven’t driven it In Ages so the mata might have changed.

also, I like weird tanks, and that is certainly a weird one. You can’t play it like you would play anything else.

ok

The architecture of both  tanks are similar, but those aren’t the same guns at all.

the 130 was a naval gun, and as such I don’t think they had taken care of doing anything compact.

The Russian tanks are famously cramped to the point of being barely workable. In fact a lot of Russian blueprint tanks we have in the game were rejected for that reason. so add a bigger gun to a small casemate, and I think we can expect some limitations.

this is actually a Western fantasy for the most part that has nothing to do with reality. Soviet tanks were very well grounded in ergonomics, and were well designed in this regard. This can be seen in the development of the IS tank.

'Many blueprint Russians'

Like what?

T-43 was built. Object 140 was built but inferior to 907. 907 was built. T-22 was Object 907 prototype. IS-7 was built but died with all Soviet non T-10 heavy tanks. IS-4 was outdated. KV-3/KV-4 is a series of super heavies, only existing to counter non existent German pre war super duper heavies that were conjured into existence by Soviet dreams

Also DMG mentionned the tank hanging to the right, well historically, the tanks were nose diving, especially in the muddy terrain of Russia. when they added the 100mm then 152mm (not mentioning the 130mm), the massive amount of weight that it all added right above th front wheels, the KV chassis had become completely out of balance. It nose dive on soft ground, it broke suspensions, But they still proceeded with the design. Because, more derp komrad.

Yeah like pz IV not being able to be controllable past 20 kph turns because the front wheels were max loaded? Or how about Jp IV needing brand new steel front wheels so it didn't completely shatter the suspension wheels?

Going to link the claim for the Soviets?

Finally, yeah. WG devs shenanigans is real. ok

On their defense, I would say that taking a tech tree tank (SU152) and making it flawed or weird (SU130) is the way good premium tanks should be made, at least IMO.

For a while I thought you were decent, but really, I don't think your opinion is of any reasonable quality by this point.

Forgive me to say so, but when I say

I like (propositionA)

and you reply is

wrong

followed by no argumentation...

Really dude, it’s wrong to like something ?

sorry I really wanted to read the rest but I couldn’t, I was laughing so hard.

I promise I’ll try later.

Where would we be without an extremely Western biased forum? Free thinking? How dare you.

IS-7 is a dead end? Soviet tanks and ergonomics don't belong in the same sentence? At this point you have to be willfully ignorant
Bless your heart, and don’t get your arm munched in a Soviet autoloader, dude!
Ah, the autoloader myth, I await the complete lack of evidence for your fantasy

Yes. It is wrong. AT15 is possibly one of the worst tanks to 'like' and your stats show that any opinion you share is automatically invalid.

AT15 is about as ridiculous as it gets.

Your performance in it shows that playing it ought to bring you physical pain but you seem to lack that for some reason.

I suspect stockholm syndrome.

He's got 64% WR with 500 battles in the AT15.  Seems legit to me.

All the grousing about the 110 has broken it. It used to be all you needed to ace it was 1100 base xp. Now 1100 xp gets you a second class. Thanks haters.

Really wish the Prototype had the top speed from Console and the T28 had the model from PC.

Assume you mean the 120 and yeah. It used to be my mastery and 1st class farm. Don't see much point in playing it anymore.

1. It's still stupidly strong

B. It still makes metric rumptonnes of credits

IV. If you don't drive it and help expose how blatantly underthought its game design was and reap rewards in the meantime, someone else will... and they'll brainlessly facehug your (insert tier 7-8 tank here) which will struggle to pen or escape

I don’t know mate. I might be over 60 somewhere or not, I’m really not into stats. I meet people who humble me every day.

Most recently dimebag_barrel of LGN. We talked this morning, and suddenly comparing stats is irrelevant.

And that’s the case in real life as well, Im just full of excrements if I say I’m worth more than someone else.

but anyhow the point is that anyone is allowed to like anything.

It’s not as if the WZ120 is such a right thing to like but if i chose AT15 then that’s wrong.

Or as if vanilla was so right and pêches de vignes caramélisée flambées à l’Armagnac would be so wrong.

i know someone who likes vanilla more, and she is 5 years old. Who would argue with her ?

you forgot :

  • and if you run away from it, it will slaughter all of the available green team mates one after another, and after you killed 3 reds and lost half your HP, then it will come facehug you, good luck.

The fact that on two seperate occasions 60% wz 120 FT had the audacity to yolo me in a tier NINE medium shows how op it is.(It took team support and a really good push to kill it)

I sorta like the SU 101 and like the top gun despite the loss in DPM. The TD has enough mobility to duck out of the way to reload, and the extra 2 degrees of depession the top gun gives you is significant. As others have mentioned, two degrees total depression is very hard to work with. Four degrees isn't great, but it's possible to work with.

Yo what’s up DMG, my two favorite tier 8 tds are the isu 152 and the skorp G, the 152 is there because it’s so much fun to blast someone with HE and it’s a lot faster than people give it credit for and in a pinch it can side scrape pretty well, the Skorp is there because my oh my the gun is so great it’s mobileity is very fun to run around the battlefield if you need to and the camo is pretty good as well.
