Premium Tanks are those that can be bought with gold. They are usually worse than the tech tree tanks, but they offer other benefits like a credits profit increase. However, some premium tanks are way better than the standard tanks. These broken premium tanks are sold in insanely expensive bundles and some of them (actually only one of them) broke the MM. These are the 10 most broken premium tanks

10.- Helshing: This is the tank I personally hate the most. It has speed,  well angled armor and DPM. It's gun it's like a shotgun and it deals 400 dmg in 2 simultaneous hits. The only drawback this tank has, is the penetration, which is not great, and more often than not you are forced to shoot gold rounds

9.- E25: With one of the best dpm's in the entire game, amazing speed and being so small. It is the annoying and terrifying coackroach of tanks. If played properly, it can cause a devastating damage to the enemy heavy tanks. The only weakness will be it's armor, if you're able to hit, or even see him.

8.- Lupus: This fake tank is just like the IS-2sh, but with better turret and side armor, and being 1 tier lower. It's a monster at sidescrape and hulldown. I think it's stupid to have a rearmounted turret and still have insane gun depression. It's dpm and lower chasis are his weakness, but the advantages are worth it. It destroys tier 6 tanks and some tier 7 with no problem.

7.- Type 59: This tank has it all, excellent gun handling with good dpm, excellent mobility and excellent armor for a medium tank. It's like a T-54 at tier VIII, and it's stupid to have this tank be way better than the T-34-2, the  tech tree chinese medium tank. The side armor is rather weak, but you can angle it. This tank has no true weakness.

6.- IS-3 Defender: You have the IS-3, which is already one of the best tier 8 heavy tanks, and you add him some extra spaced side armor and a autoloader. You will get the IS-3 defender. A monster that can do the same clip damage as the AMX 50B under 15 seconds (I can't remember if the intraclip reload was 7 or 8 seconds). The low dpm will be the only true weakness of this tank, but for the extra armor and damage potential, it can sure be a pain in the [edited]

5.- T6 Dracula: The most broken Tier 7 tank. It's just like the CDC (which is one of the best tier 8 medium tanks) but smaller, faster AND WITH SPACED ARMOR. if you fire HEAT to this monster the tracks can absorb it. and reaching up to 70 km/h. This tank is just dumb and straight down OP.

4.- WZ-112-2: Thank God there are so few of these tanks. The WZ-112-2 is basically an IS-3 with better dpm and overall frontal armor. It has pretty much the same turret and the same hull design except for the front. The advantage WZ-112-2 has is that this tank can actually sidescrape, unlike the soviet IS-3. Making it's armor way better than it should be. Just like the Defender, Wargaming picked a tech tree tank and made it straight up better.

3.- T-54 mod 1: If Type 59 looks similar to the T-54, well the T-54 mod-1 is the actual T-54 of tier VIII (guess the name explains that). It's a fast and agile tank, and the gun has overall decent stats, although not great. It's the armor what makes this tank great. To penetrate it frontally you need at least 220 mm. And the tank can make fast micro adjustments to angle the tank rapidly. It has the armor the SuperPershing or even the T32 should have.

2.- WZ-120 G-FT: By far the most OP premium tank at tier VIII, this tank has it all: DPM, Gun Handling, Alpha Damage, mobility, Armor. You can be too aggressive and still not get punished. even as a tier IX tank it can be competitive. This tank has no weakness, and it's dumb to think that by just using your credit card, you can get one tier 9 tank at tier 8. Wargaming should and must stop selling this monster, or at least nerf him.

AND THE MOST BROKEN PREMIUM TANK GOES TO.... A tier 3 tank???

1.- Ke-Ni Otsu: Back in 5.4 when Tier 1-4 was the paradise for stat padders. We could find many premium tier 2-4 tanks that will be broken (this top would have been filled with them). At 5.5 Wargaming made several nerfs and adjustments to the tech tree of tier 1-4. And all the tanks got nerfed, including premium tanks which lose their benefits and became collectable tanks. All tanks EXCEPT Ke-Ni Otsu, which was already an amazing tank. Now, this tank has no true enemy. Tier 2 Tier 3, Tier 4 tanks they all are destroyed by this monster, this is the most broken tank in WoT blitz History.

That is it!

I gotta agree with at least most of it, except that the Helsing should be closer to the bottom of the list

T-54 mod1 is slow AF for a medium. It certainly is not agile either.

Type 59s gun handling is decent at most and mod 1 is very sluggish for a medium, aside from that i agree.

To compete with these, Smasher needs a buff.

I agree. Smasher needs better gun depression so it can smash cockroaches like the E25 up close. How will it stand a chance?! Oh the humanity!

It is rip roaring hilarious to think that someone actually thinks that the Type 59 is OP.   Simply laughable.

I really like that you included the WZ-112-2.  Mostly cause I recently made a thread about it being the best tier 8 IS variant, it's nice to see someone agree with me, and I think this tank is often overlooked and underrated.  Interesting that you left the Smasher off the list, although I see little real difference in premiums and collectibles that might be the reason.  Personally I would take Helsing off, it does great in tier 7 but I think it struggles in tier 8 matches.  But it's a nice list, and a nice thread, thanks.

A good heavy driver knows how to make shots bounce off their armor, how to use cover while fighting at the front, when to get out there and just take the shot to protect his team, to keep the reds attention focused so his team can flank, and to consistently do damage while all of that happens.

as someone who played the mod1 in my nub days at 58 w...it is most definitely op...in the med category....no tank will compare to it at tier 8: op line up would be : is3-d, WZ-120 G-FT, t54-mpd1 in tier 8, and Lupus, Helsing, drac at tier 7.

I’ll like to add the Nameless and its fat slab of frontal armor to the list
