I realize Clutch Braking & Smooth Turn are TD skills, but since all Crew skills are transferable to other Tanks....

When it comes to performing a COD on a slower tank, which one of these skills would help?

Clutch Braking. It increases your degrees of turn per second. Smooth Ride decreases gun bloom while traversing, but when you're circling an opponent, you should be point blank enough so that your reticle is accurate enough, even with a T49.

If the enemy is attempting to close the distance then smooth turning is more useful. As it will be for the duration of the game in a td. For other vehicles clutch braking is more important.
