Remember when +2/-2 was a thing. And few tiers like tier5, tier7 and tier8 where the hardest when you got bottom on the tier list.

Sometimes resulting in great battles that we still remember to this day. But most of the time it was up to the top tier to decide fate of the battle.

This replay sent in by R1Deathwatch reminds us of that time. And yes he kinda carried against tier10 lineup in his is5.

Thanks to his toon m8 for making his possible LOL.

Don't u want to visit the old times when you could get bullied by Russian mediums no matter what you drove.

It was easy to play against tier Xs in a tier 8. Because only the average troglodyte would focus a tier 8 over the tier X in front of him. It promoted thinking and strategy over this current meta of just hitting your enemies head on.

yea for some parts i remember, mid battle was crucial where a choice made to flank or push on made huge different on who will you be facing in end game.. (is7 or tiger2 lol)
Top Tier Mediums dominated most of battles too because they had ability to bully bottom tier. and get the first shot off almost always.
Binos made real difference when I was the bottom tier medium.
I miss playing like that...
But O well only thing to do now is look forward to next meta change.  hope its better than current heavy meta.

I don't miss it tbh, but it was really fun to smash tier 7 with an E75 tho.

Tier X: Leo.1, E50 ME100, Jageroo, MAUS, E4E5, M48, T57, Obj.140, T-62, IS-7, IS-4, Obj.268, STB-1, 4202, BC.25T.

It is nostalgic but a fantasy given how much the tiers have changed. Armor profiles are so different these days. The tanks have changed too much.
