Last 2 days the game will not load. Ticket unanswered. BUT I found a way.

Like I said, the last 2 days my game refuses to load. Just keeps repetitive, enter password and nothing. I even asked the forum yesterday if their was some update going on, n Boris said no. So today, same thing. I've even tried a battery pull and reboot. 0. So I Uninstalled / reinstalled and had to sit again through the tier 2 update? upload ? But I could play the game. So I quiet for awhile. Later, I try again and nothing but the password crap again. So the only way I've found to play the game again, was to go through the playstore to this game, and open it their and it worked. For how long ??? But my tickets not been answered yet. (I filed it this AM). I just hope this keeps working for me and helps anyone else that may be having problems. N thanks Boris.

Weird. I sent a ticket this weekend and I got 3 responses back within 24 hours. Problem resolved.

Tickets do go to different queues, addressed in order received within those, ... but I had a response < 24 hrs over the weekend too. The technical ones may depend on weekday staff though.

You can play tier 2 because the resources for higher tiers have not been downloaded yet, you are out of memory like everyone told you yesterday.

Im not sure which android is running. But I got an answer late yesterday. I told them of my problems n waiting to here back from them.
   I DO still have storage.
1 of the problems getting to support. On 1 of their pages to get to them, they ask for 2 different e mail addresses. 1 for the account, and 1 for contact. I only use 1 e mail address.  So, , , ?????
