Really well done guide! Thank you! I wish I could get that Snowstorm and LTP (I'm a new player to Blitz 1655 Battles in less than  a month.) oh and the free tank the Beta testers got too. I turn all my tanks into Elite status; I just can't jump tanks and have it unfinished. This minute I am sitting on 114k exp that I need to convert sadly no money to do so. Premium time does help with the grind though for less than a dollar a week; works for me. The highest vehicle I have is an AT 15A  looks so very modern and it's from WW II. Amazing! In general this TD gets a lot of ricochets forward facing. I however is soooooo slow.

I've got the AT15a and am loving it, if I get some time at my desktop I'll do a write up on it. Seems like it's still a mixed bag on how well I see people doing in it - I think it's different enough from other TD's that most folks rent utilizing it to it's fullest (not that I'm an expert) as a sniper it's ok, but as a true Assault Gun it's pretty formidable.

Matilda BP really is similar to the RAM II, excluding the speed. Preferential MM would go a long ways for both. Obviously, it is much easier to survive in the RAM II as low tier though.

One of my friends has seen me playing for a year(ish) and thought he would like the game. He bought all the premium tanks tier 4 or 5 and under on a sale, but never plays. He's also really bad at the game... I find this hilarious. I laugh at him a lot.

I hopped tiers with the Panther M/10, and I did just fine, although I already had the VK 30.02 M, which precedes the Panther in the tech tree.

Thanks for the info.. i bought the Ram II not long after i started playing and have found it to be a fun little credit maker. You answered my questions concerning mm and especially, preferential mm. I had heard it was real, but didnt know how it worked. I will add that the Ram should get preferential due to its lack of firepower.

AT-15A. Tier VII British Tank Destroyer.

 

This tank looks like its got some great armor and a rapid firing low damage gun. Downsides include slow speed and some obvious weakspots? Just out so we will reserve judgment and see what everyone thinks. MM -2/+2

I would write out a thing for my poor T-25, but it is a strange (and somewhat frustrating) tank to play, and most noobs wouldn't know how to handle it's lack of armor and horrid traverse...

You know, from a noob's standpoint, that can be the most valuable information to have.  Knowing to maybe pick another tank at such and such a level can save a lot of frustration and heartbreak.  Write it up!

I'm not really sure which one but I prefer the T2 Light as I got 6 kills in it getting the ace by gold spamming on a T18.Should I try to get a IS-6 Or T34?

Since no one seems to have mentioned the Churchill III, I suppose I'll write a quick summary of it:

 

The Churchill 3 is a tier V Russian heavy with good hull armr and ok turret armor, along with a fairly accurate gun that can shred basically anything that isn't a heavy and the highest HP pool of the tier 5 heavies (IIRC). It is also one of the slowest tier V tanks, but the armor can usually make up for this. Avoid close range brawling, as the slow traverse will be the death of you, as well as other heavy tanks (especially the KV-2!) +1/-1 matchmaking

 

Sorry if the guide isn't very good, it's the first one I've ever written.

I have a couple of questions related to Premium Tanks. I heard someone on a podcast state that they were going to file a ticket to get a premium back that they sold. Is that possible? Also, was the IS-3 Defender a premium tank? I don't see it in the Russian Tech Tree. Does WG ever bring back premium sold in the past?
