  Entire picture I recognize 4 guys, Patton, Ike, Bradley and Beedle Smith(center back).

 

  I did some research. Look at their shoes, in the front row only 2 are wearing boots (maybe 3, you can tell by that who spent time in the field). This picture was taken in April of 1945 and is just the top American Generals (9th army, 8th army, Air Force and Corps commanders along with Ike's planning staff, one of those guys was Bradley's right hand man). There was no separation between the branches so the Air Force was still army. Even back then the air force guys looked like sissies.  

 

  Patton looks like a peacock, I don't think I would have liked him. Polished helmet and bloused trousers with cavalry boots, what a show off.

^^^^  I was hoping that it was Montgomery  Next to  General Patton. Now that would have been funny.
