oh my, 939 people slipped through WG’s barrier to entry into the forums. Hugh...

But this is NA. It looks like we are peaking today at 5,000 players online. One out of five ain’t bad.

This is what you get for letting rednecks play with antimatter, boss.

El,  If you have trigger finger bad enough, go see if you can get the "Pulley Release" surgery done.  I have had it done twice, looks like a third finger wants it now too.   It just got too painful, and eventually started keeping me awake at night.  The surgery, and how they inject the anesthesia into your hand, while your wide awake for the whole thing, is not fun.  But you will regain about 85% of your finger strength back, and can straighten it out with zero problems after about two months of therapy.    It apparently is somewhat genetic in my family, but I swear having Lyme disease kicked off the episodes I am having......Good Luck!

My trigger finger surgery was a remarkable success, but that recovery time was pretty long.. Took me a year to get normal strength back. I recommend it! Not very invasive at all, done in an afternoon...

Next on the list is my frozen shoulder, but that does not interfere with my blitz.

Red green color blind, but doesn’t really effect the game play

Does under the influence count? If so, yes. Very often I’m playing with a handicap

I used to have a picture here but tiny pic took an arrow to the knee....

Funny you should mention that. I've been playing this weekend with a new controls setup due to a broken pinky, thus with a [edited]-ton of ganja in the system. Sheesh, i need to get my mates some X-mas gifts now. :coin:

A few times I’ve hurt a finger/thumb (carpentry hobby), and it really affects game play more than you think it will. :P

Oh god. Coz red and green both look like similar shades of grey. I remember hearing a news story about how there was a christmas football game a bit back where the Nike Colorrush uniforms were bright red and green and colorblind viewers raised utter hell with the NFL because they couldn't tell which team was winning.

Dude, my deepest sympathies. If you want I can try seeing about making a mod that changes the colors of the HUD to look like the PC Colorblind HUD (purple for red team, a paler green for green team, and yellow for platoon/self chat instead of orange)

EDIT: Actually after thinking about it I'm not sure that the colorblind friendly colors would affect your whole HUD, so there may not be a point. If you check my profile, there's a link to a discord server of nothing but Blitz modders, they'll be able to help you better than me most likely.

Outstanding ! I’ll look into that. More help than I’ve ever gotten from WG. And yeah, I freaking HATE the color rush themed unis !

Does playing over hotel WiFi or drunk count as a handicap?

Rest in Peace CJ.  You will be missed.

One of the reasons I play video games is that I’ve had a loss in brain motor control and  hand coordination due to aging.  Specifically, my brain fires off a signal to press a button, but when I look down my fingers aren’t moving (I can’t tell you how frustrating it is when this happens).   So playing video games has helped reduce this issue.

Playing video games is my exercise and physical therapy.

Yup, I turned into one of those granola/yogurt eating organic everything etc etc etc dude.

Is platooning with a garbage player considered a handicap? Last time I tooned was over 2 years ago and that was with a 40% player at 1k battles in tier 8.

Must. Have. 60%. Winrate. Under. 0.5%. Platoon. Rate!!! (30 day)

I have 11k WN8 and 2.5k WN7 on my Leichtraktor (Player_81214765456 of the DAMGE clan). Not sure if I should be proud of this...
