Tired of the same old dull gameplay in your usual meds, heavies, td's, and lights?

Here's some tank suggestions to spice up your gameplay.

  1. The Sturer Emil. Hills are a non factor for this tank, it's 15° of gun depression will allow you to use steep hills and slopes as indirect protection.
  2. Angry Connor. This mad lad has superb camo values and rocks unusual tank controls along with the highest credit coefficient in the game.
  3. MT-25. This tank has an unusual armor profile that allows it to pull off some SullBhit bounces. It's mobility rivals the lttb and rocks a 4 shot autoloader with decent potential to cause module damage.
  4. S35 CA. Has to be the most stale baugette in all of France. Despite only having 50mm of frontal armor, this tank pulls off reliable bounces off the mantlet when you are putting it at crazy angles.
  5. Alecto. This little TD has been affected the least in the tech tree slaughter. It still sports it's howitzer and the great nerfening of the lower tiers makes most armor easy pickings for this little bugger.
  6. Chi Ri. This giganto med sports a 75mm with a 1.0 interclip reload with a magizine reload of around 11 seconds aswell as rocking decent gun depression.
  7. AT-2. Probably the only good tank of the British AT series. Good pen, armor, and reload while sporting an optional howitzer.
  8. Indien Pz. The Indien has way more armor than people give it credit for. This tank's thick mantlet and aggressively sloped upper front plate allows it to pull of insane bounces.
  9. STB-1. The tank is an absolute hill ninja. It's turret will allow you to bounce a 183 shell any day of the week while hugging hills.
  10. T25/2. Same story as the Indien Pz. Has way more armor than people credit it for. The mantlet is decently strong, allowing you to pull off reliable bounces while sporting a 90mm gun.

The S35ca has the sweetest gun in the tier.  I'm thinking about getting back into it.

The Indien is an amazing tank. I have absolutely no clue why people are terrible in it.

It was so good I should fully equip it and play it some more.

I held on to my Indien. It is so underrated. Most reds dont know they should respect that gun.

RU 251. Just got it today, got a 71% winrate, 1900 average damage, and two aces in 27 battles. This thing never goes lower than 70 unless you're constantly "hill-hopping".

And the MT-25 has got speed, you can go for that. It's very fun. (Also it's first autoloader is a meme, it's hilarious.)

Excuse me while I club your double T-49 platoon with my SP I C.

I don't always club, but when I do, it's in stock Tier 9 Mediums.

I think the reason nobody plays the Indien is because the alternative is the RU-251. When you look at it that way you can see why it's underplayed.

Plus no mods carry to the PTA from either the Indien or RU, so there's no benefit to picking one over the other research-wise.

Actually while writing this I started to think more about it. From the Tier 5 Leopard to get to the Tier 10 Leopard, you can get either the VK 30.01 D, a decent Tier 6 medium, or the VK 28.01, a very good, fast tier 6 light with an excellent gun. Which would you choose? Then comes tier 7. Choosing between the VK 30.02 D or the SP I C. The SP is very unique, so many might be tempted to play it just to see what it's like. The VK (which I actually looked at it's stats just right now) is a good tank, but not as unique as the SP. Then of course the Tier 8s. The Indien, which most think of as a thoroughly mediocre medium, or the RU, which many know is the fastest tank in the game.

Just some analysis, sorry for the tangent.

Heck yeah St. Emil. Great fun. Between the gun depression and the gun effectiveness you can really annoy the reds. As long as you don’t need to get anywhere in a hurry. I also agree with the MT-25. Often ignored on the battlefield until you dump a clip into them...twice.

Talk about opposites.

E50M? You can suicide yourself by ramming a Maus on the reds and still do decent damage.

Must. Have. 60%. Winrate. Under. 0.5%. Platoon. Rate!!! (30 day)

I have 11k WN8 and 2.5k WN7 on my Leichtraktor (Player_81214765456 of the DAMGE clan). Not sure if I should be proud of this...

I just realized another tank that definitely belongs on this list: the SP I C. Just ground it out to get the RU, and the grind was as enjoyable as any 109 battle grind can be. A 90 mil at Tier 7 on a quick chassis is something to be feared. I used the single shot 90 mil for reasons that are too long to state here, and averaged almost 1400 damage in it, which I consider an achievement since you're competing with some of the most OP tanks in the game at Tier 7 and 8, IS3Ds, Helsings, Type 62s, LTTBs, and of course, Dracs and Smashers (although I did have some entertaining moments where I 1v1ed some Dracs and won, although that was because they were terrible players).

Not everyone. I sold mine. Between the T49, the 54 ltwt and the black dog, I enjoyed the RU the least. I play lights too aggressively for there to be wonky gun depression over the front and rear.

I used to have a picture here but tiny pic took an arrow to the knee....
