Major tech issues today

Since this morning the Blitz app has frozen up and logged me out at least 3 dozen times today. I get a never ending spinning circle like when Windows is frozen and then after a few minutes I get an error message saying I’ve been “disconnected from the server” and then I get logged out and returned to the main log in page. When I try to log back into it either takes 5 minutes to log in or I get another error message saying “Failed to connect to the server. Error code: 64”. This is all happening while in the garage, tech tree, and store. I haven’t even tried to play a battle today because I’m afraid of the app freezing up and getting logged out mid battle. 


Is anyone else having similar tech issues today? What the heck’s going on? I have a great WiFi connection with 580 Mbps broadband speed so the issue definitely isn’t on my end. And this has been going on for the past 11 hours since 8am this morning.

Same problems, but I can't even get to the garage.

Splash screen and "Connecting" message for a few minutes and then a message saying "Unable to locate server IP...blah blah blah"


Yeah, I'm back. Let's not make a big deal about this.

No issues on my end today - but I haven’t logged in since 1700 Eastern

Since the update, I’ve been having issues like extremely long load times on launch of game and bad lag, like 300-1,300 Ping.

Ignoring life 7 minutes at a time!

No lag at the server end but have had some problems of being in the queue and getting kicked OUT of the queue back to the garage.

I just whipped out 3-4 games at lunch...no issues.  Other than crappy players blocking me into fire.

I’ve noticed a strong lack of Spare Parts. Is that intended?

No, it is not. This problem will solve itself with time. Many players have several dozens of vehicles in their Garages, so they don’t have enough Spare Parts for the entire vehicle fleet. But you will gradually collect enough Spare Parts to unlock new slots for purchased tanks in time.

You may want to redownload the game. It isn't a server error (seeing as the vast majority of people I know and talk to have not experienced this). It sounds like you have a bug in your system. Redownloading and logging back in should solve the problem. If it doesn't, send a ticket directly to WG tech support.
