I recently got this tank, and the thing that really sets it apart from other meds is the frontal armor. Enemies with big derp guns mistaken it as a paper tank and hurl insults at you when their HE shots don't pen. The P. 58 seems to have ludicrous hull traverse speed, given the 50kph top speed, but I'm not complaining. What else, what else? Ah. The 10° gun depression is useful with the 120mm frontal armor on both the hull and turret. When needed, the P. 58's frontal armor allows it some great face hugging capabilities. Just don't face hug big pen TD's.

That's all for now. Thanks for reading my somewhat coherent rambling. O7

If I thought WG was an honorable company, one worthy of my money - I'd buy one.

I’ve noticed a strong lack of Spare Parts. Is that intended?

No, it is not. This problem will solve itself with time. Many players have several dozens of vehicles in their Garages, so they don’t have enough Spare Parts for the entire vehicle fleet. But you will gradually collect enough Spare Parts to unlock new slots for purchased tanks in time.

Better turret armor - and looks to be a bit more nimble.

At least WG isn't banning players or taking away prize money for saying "free Hong Kong" like Blizzard/Activision is.  So they've got that going for them.

But of course.  We must suck on the sweet, sweet teat of the Chinese Communist Party to get access to all the warm sugary goodness of access to a billion plus slaves … er … I mean consumers.  Less a few million for those that are in the concentration camps, but who cares about them?

BTW, South Park was all over the China thing even before the NBA and Blizzard things broke with their "Band in China" episode.  And now South Park is indeed Banned in China.  They did issue an awesome apology though.  https://www.latimes....-china-apology

Downside is the thing just donks shots unless you aim fully and wait a couple more seconds. I never had a tank that the gun felt so unreliable and in consistent. I don't care what it says on paper, the gun just does not behave as advertised.

Saw that. Thought this was an interesting article pertaining to the interactions between an American subsidiary and a Chinese parent company -

I generally enjoy the P. 58

Gun depression is great and the turret is fairly trollish - but you're right, RNG seems to really dislike this things gun resulting in plenty of oil-bird shots

And you don't see many in the wild which give a slight edge with the reds not knowing where to aim

The Mutz is a slightly better indien panzer.   I would recommend it.

It is a really solid medium and very well balanced. Not OP but it can really hold it's own. This is one I tank that I do not regret spending the gold on.

Panzer 58 holds a special place in my heart. It was the first tier 8 I drove on PC when they leased it to players for a limited time for free. I loved it.

I bought it last year when it first hit the store. I had just finished grinding the Indian Panzer. I love the tank I just don't play it enough. I start grinding other lines or trying different tanks. This tank is just smooth and the gun is incredible.

Still thinking about this tank. I love the Indien Panzer, just trying to figure out if the 58 is a better Indien.

Yes, there's more frontal armor (less sides and rear) on the turret, but it's LARGER than the Indien's. I think the best thing about the Indien's turret is that it's so small.

You can get the 58 and the M10 which appears to be garbage for 10.5k of gold. OR you can permanently enrich the Indien for 12.5k if you want to make more credits.

Yes, they could nerf a tech tree but I don't think you'll ever have to worry about nerfing the Indien.
