No, it is not. This problem will solve itself with time. Many players have several dozens of vehicles in their Garages, so they don’t have enough Spare Parts for the entire vehicle fleet. But you will gradually collect enough Spare Parts to unlock new slots for purchased tanks in time.

Thanks Vanta, i was joking, LOL.
my point was, why do we gotta buy/open folios, acquire glyphs, decipher papyrus scrolls, use the captain crunch secret decoder to find the Lost Ark and follow the yellow brick road and find the golden ticket in a Wonka bar to earn prizes? They are clearly overthinking/overplanning these events. I like the events where you just earn XP or get wins to earn stuff. WHY SO COMPLICATED?????? I'm not buying anything to START an event, its bad enough we usually have to spend to finish them.

NP. To answer your question, you can grind the first 17 stages, then you have to buy the cipher to get to the Lycan, and finally you have to use gold to complete the final stages to get the Lycan camo.
It's WG's way of saying "give us money or no tank for you".

Completing all the missions every day during event with cipher brings you to level 55.

Thanks Ribble. I will check it out. But that doesn't excuse the fact that I have to pay 10$ get through most of the event. It would be more appealing if the cipher was sold for gold instead; because I have like 350. If it was sold for 1500-3000 gold I would be more willing to buy the gold instead of paying for it directly.

The truth is sad the way the game is going, as it is possible that in order to advance in an event you have to pay indifferently if you have to pay 10 dollars or more, at some point I know that you are busy getting money to keep this game but if I have to choose `` Pay to complete events '' or `` Tanks in chests '' I prefer the chests

If you say it for my opinion, I am a Wallet Warrior, I have spent enough money on this game.
I say it is better '' The Tanks in Chests '' because I know that in months they sell the same tank again by direct purchase or for gold, but putting an event tank in the store is very rare
