Just came back to Blitz after 6 mos and before jumping fully in will need some training.

 

But how do I access a training/practice battle again?

It’s the target looking thing in the column.

I don't think there is anyway to redo the tutorial.

tutorial battles are vs bots and you can play it only on your first battles.

and the training rooms are just for chill and "date rooms",you wont find any equal battles.

 

just play random battles,you are only at 6k battles so you have a plenty to waste.

Yes, just play regular game and get better at the game.
