Ever wished what made long lasting groups?

My guess is a solid core group that radiates it's values into members...

How do you go about building a solid team?

Joining a group that has people behind it respecting these 3 things will be good indication that it's worth the time.

1) group size theory

2) How they recruit

3) observe leading personalities

I talk about these topics (there are certainly more variables to consider, but here is a start)

In your experience what has worked or not worked in process of building teams that last.

Strongly recommend anyone with a leadership role in a clan watch this. But not only can this be applied to the game, but also to life in general. Nice vid man

I wish to go in depth using the setups that are seen in community here.

Like ik because of Doby[cruel] the capsizing clan works well.

From Chester_Tank_Molester [UN1ON] the grouping of 3 divisions focused on building upon commonality around players of different stages.

And from SRT guys that deeper look into who's the person matters.

Now I don't know everything so putting information out here is for the common good... And maybe light some sparks.

Like how does people before us handled it?

What mistakes you have made and why do you have current setups?

Someo of us are amazed at how much fun it is to work on these issues... As it's the most complex layer that exists in game.

correct Aayin,
activity is needed for the wheel to spin.
however, those groups that can survive the death valley of inactivity tend to ride more happy waves.

Some great advice. Another point I push on my clan is that it’s just a game, they should be playing for fun but still doing their best.
