Congratulations to all of you Derpasaurus explosivae out there! The arguably OP Smasher tank is currently available for purchase in the store. 

 

And by purchase, I mean lottery, because it's in crates. Yippee.

 

I know you guys were sad/glad to see it absent from Blitz Fair for hard, cold gold, but now you can all rest easy. WG won't forget to capitalize on this monstrosity's pure money-making ability ever again! 

 

I personally can't wait for the tier 8 version of the Smasher, the Smashimup 2000.

All I'm gonna say is that if god didn't want me to have it, he wouldn't have given it to me on my 4th crate.

So supposed to take 20 crates on average, but you should trust that as much as casino slot machines... Not at All.

I would guess more like 2-3% actual probability. And as usual, you might get it on the first crate, or none at all after 200 crates.

You'll also get a bunch of free xp certs, which combine to eventually give you massive amounts of free xp.  So there's that too.

I already bought 3 crates. No luck, will probably buy a few more. I rarely buy crates, but I really want a Smasher......

I opened 12; first crates I've ever purchased, wouldn't have if they were for cash. No Smasher. Total:

  • >1 million credits
  • 45k free xp
  • 12 one hour certificates
  • 9 er, nine hour certificates
  • 5 full day certificates

The Smasher is my happy place. Bad day at work, take out the Smasher. Lose $25K in the stock market, take out the Smasher. Wife thinks she knows better than me, take out the Smasher. Somebody’s got to pay for my bad day. The Smasher is the piper that collects.

the comment about needing 20 boxes on average.and the observation that you might not have it after 200. I mean - It’s possible that you could be like one of the 3 in 100k that didn’t.
