Funny lil' match. I hadn't played the IS-7 in months and haven't played it since. It is the only Tier X Heavy that I have, so I took it onto the field of ignominy the day after the HP buff as my curiosity was piqued. It is simply a hull-down monster and, when faced with newbs like these (with a whole lotta HP to burn), Masteries are just gonna pour out of the vehicle for now.

If 39% weenies are going to be at tier X, let's drop down to 3-5 and give it right back to 'em!
