Hi everyone!

I'm trying to understand this situation, maybe you can help.

I play from Argentina, South America using the SA servers. I have a friend in the exact same situation. Now, he gets different prices on the shop. I see everything in USD and he sees all the prices in ARS (Argentinian Peso). But, here's the thing, the prices he sees are completely different. For example, he can buy 2000 gold for 29ARS (USD 0.45!!!) and I get, as super discount offer, 2000 gold for USD 2 (ARS 140). That's 5 times more expensive!!!

As you can imagine, I'm trying to figure out how this works before spending any money on it. In fact, I think it's extremely unfair. Best part is, if I'd get the same offer I'd buy the pack more often than not (it's a good deal!). I can't post on support because you have to select the kind of issue you have and when I get to the "Puchases and shop" category, no similar topic is available.

Any hints or advises? Opinions? Feels like they're just robbing the users

Hmm have you tried changing the prices from USD to ARS by any chance? Inflation could be due to the weird pricing not sure though

Honestly, this follows the big-mac economy that many of us are familiar with. I won't explain it as there are many articles on it, - https://www.economist.com/news/2020/01/15/the-big-mac-index (p.s. its good to know abt) but it goes along the principle that bigmacs around the world cost different prices. It seemingly shouldn't right? After all, why would you pay more for the same product? But the bigmac index is a good indication of a country's purchasing power. Like in your case, a big mac would cost more in the US than Argentina despite being of the same product. Hope this helps.

I don't see where or how, there's no option to change that.

That's how it goes.  Prices are different for Canadians than Americans.  And 2000 gold for $2 would be an incredible deal for North America.

Yeah, I guess so. The usual price is 4 USD (without any discounts)
