I suspect that this is a troll account.
My guess is that battle you saw was ratings?
They just troll or failtoon in it during regular battles and play rated for exp and credits to get the next tier to ruin.

Pennsylvania's Favorite Cat!
I won 27 battles in a row a few years ago with my KV 1. Some we tooned, most were solo.
But I had battles in between so they were only KV1 consecutive, not all tanks, if You know what I mean.
My all time best was 14 consecutive blitz battles. Also a few years ago.
