When I login is starts with a message deducted 1 gold coin. I'm not clear why. I use silver to buy and replenish ammo and have plenty of silver.
Is it that if I don't use it, it is taken away?

You sure it was a gold coin? If you had any certificates with a timer that expired you will get that message. Anything from temporary avatars to discount certificates but never currency such as gold or silver.

You should check all your tanks again, some of them might not have been switched to silver for the ammunition.

You might have a gold digger hacking in your account. Get rid of him before he digs more from your gold supply.
