While browsing through the app store, I found WoWB. I got through 4 tiers then got bored. I went back to the app’s App Store page and found WoTB recommended to me. I downloaded it because “haha wow tanks lol” and here I am 6-7 months later.

Usually kinda somewhat half-decent

I am part of the great Windows PC migration/plague. I saw it on the Windows store when it first came out for PC, and it captured my interest. From the start at tier 1, I was amazed and impressed by the games attention to details and programming. Smoke coming out of exhausts, the shooting psychics impressed me very much, even at tier 1. I remember after trying tier 1 for a bit, looking at the American tech tree line. Being very impressed by the size of the T34, and the T95, E3 and E4. The American high tier TD's looked monstrous when I was still only at tiers 1-3.

As an American, I can attest to this.

I was looking for games with a simple control on mobile. I thought "Tank mechanics" typed Tank on the Play Store and Blitz popped first. From then on my stress levels just skyrocket beyond normality

People forget this, but it was pretty darn revolutionary for mobile when it first rolled out. Angry birds and fruit slice type games were just about the most popular games at the time. Saw good online chatter about it and had to give it a shot when it went live for Android. Low tier play was a blast then and I was hooked (predated massive clubbing). While I didn't participate, the online community was excellent from the start to and added a ton to the experience.

Back in June 2014, I was looking for a game that would hold my interest, as mobile games weren’t my thing. Then I stumbled across Blitz right as it all began. I’ve been hooked ever since.

I came for girls.

You know,,,no, I'll be good. It's just there were so many responses that came to mind I couldn't resist. You made me laugh though and that's hard to do, except when I critique my own games. Anyway, I was in beta for old WoT and played on 2 accounts for several years (one was a hide from the clan account because sometimes I just wanted to run a couple battles and leave and not hear "Hey, We need your Maus!" or whatever. So a few years went by and I saw it was on iPad and I was missing my tanks so I signed up and found out I sucked at it (I was only an average player on old WoT). After a number of losses and trying to find the pad after I threw it I left. Note: I have nothing but respect for you guys that play in that mode. You mobile high win raters are awesome! Anyway, when it came out for PC I jumped all over it. I only play a few battles here and there but its fun again...especially without arty. I'm still struggling with the maps (except mines and himmelsbarf) because in the old days, depending on tank and situation, I always knew where to go to help the team...here a lot is still a mystery. I'll get there I guess. You guys keep having fun!

I found the game about a week after launch when I was 13. 6 years later, my dad has more battles than I do, and I’ve since joined the military. It’s amazing the impact a good game can have on your life.

A relative was volunteering at the Military Vehicle Technology Foundation and got me into a tour. That led to Nicholas Morans videos, Jingles, Bushka and then Blitz.

This is what you get for letting rednecks play with antimatter, boss.

Me and a bunch of dudes in my clan migrated from another tank game - “Tank Domination.” It was winding down to final shut down and we’d heard from others about the new WoT mobile game coming out of testing soon.

I downloaded WOT on my Xbox a long time ago, but I didn't like the controls or the fact that you had to have a Gold Subscription to play in online battles. Fought some bots for a few months then quit. Blitz appealed to me because it was much simpler and easier to understand. I also like how it's fast paced and a quick version of console.

Loved playing Mattel’s Armor Battle. The graphics and game play are a little bit better in WoT Blitz.

I had guessed that a VW bus with 23 windows brought you.

Needed something to do while traveling for work and it was a better alternative to the hotel bar (or worse).

I was bored with simple, easy games so I asked another friend who I now platoon with for game suggestions. Never looked back!
