If its all tier X then there's no middle and bottom tier. All are top tier regardless of what of the chart says(or whatever its called before you battle).

But wouldn’t top tier be tier x against tier ix?

Missiles are not a problem, ya'll just jealous you aren't skilled enough to use them (Ok, ok I'm joking.:harp:).

I've been thinking about this question for a long time, but I feel like Tier X tanks don't really serve a purpose other than for fun for most players. Tier X tanks suck at grinding credits or winrate for that matter. Obviously they are meant to be the best of their respective lines and Tier X is usually the goal that most players set, but, as I mention before, they don't really serve a purpose other than for fun. The only reason I want to get a Tier X is so that people won't bully me in training rooms.

and people ask me why i play T7 and T8, but dont bother grinding.

In my opinion, tier X is where you find the most unique tanks. I think tier X also has the coolest looking tanks. It’s a very challenging tier but gives good rewards for success.

they really need to release more tanks. absolutely zero variety at 10. on wot pc it was great to play tier 10 because most other tiers sucked thanks to the +2 mm. tier 10 was the tier to play for balance. that is gone here.

We used to have +/-2, while WoT had +/-3, and +/-5 IIRC for Lights

Even with +/-1 tier X is still the best tier for tank balance.
It’s the tier for tournaments and competitions, and generally the tier that people look at for stats.

I started in Blitz, and have only briefly toyed in console - my son has an account, but their MM in WoT, and the cost of upgrades etc put me off.   My son got to tier 5 and decided that it wasn’t for him.

My first experience with WoT was the Chinese M5A1 Stuart at tier 4. Didn't understand anything, and I couldn't deal any damage.

Ya it’s very hard. I remember grinding to the M24 was atrocious.

A lot of people host minigames in training rooms such as prison, nations, boss battles, WW2 battle re-creations etc. which are fun to play.

[edited]the 4 or 5 times I tried those, it was mostly small kids screaming their heads off in the chat

Some people say the Type 62 is overpowered. Having >500 battles and a 67% winrate, I may agree. However, none of y'all realize just how uncomfortable it is to sit down on these flimsy plastic seats with "Made in China" emblazoned on them. I mean, my cupholder just broke in half. How the f#%$ am I supposed to fire 250mm pen HEAT shells at the fronts of Tier 8 heavies if I have to be holding my Red Bull in one hand at the same time? It's ridiculous.

If you bring a tier X to a dating room, does that mean you have a bigger package?

Most dating rooms don't allow tanks over tier 8 unless you're a friend of the room creator.

But yes you're right.

The problem is that they are not the most unique.  By the time you get to tier X everything has been dialed up to 11 and there is much less variation.  No one can claim, with a straight face, that tier X has more uniqueness and variety than tier IX or VIII, and VII is a cambrian explosion of outright weirdness.
