No matter how many times I spam arrows (>>>>>> or <<<< ) or say "hill" in chat, there's at least 2-3 people on my team (40%ers in heavies) who decide to go town on middleburg. you'd expect that the players playing at tier 10 would already know that town is useless or that they should listen to calls made at the beginning of games by experienced players. I just wish there was a section in the tutorial dedicated to explaining why you should not go town on middleburg for encounter.

Is there anything that you guys say to convince absolutely everyone on your team to go a certain direction? It's a hit or miss whenever I make calls. Either everyone goes with the call or nobody goes, or some people go (only to turn around and go with the rest of the team on the bad side of the map).

I can say no. I have all in game messaging disabled. After 6 years of abuse from kids, unis/super unis/weirdos, freaks, satan worshippers, potatoes etc, I’m just done with the moronic chat features in this game. There’s no real deterrent for pervasive abusers so I enjoy the peace & quiet. And yes, I am old.

No matter how good you get, no matter how perfectly formulated plan is.

Others got no royalty to pay towards us, why should they listen?

I thought this was gonna be a thread about top tier lights not paying attention to supremacy cap points. *oops*

There's nothing that you can say past making the correct call first... If you don't make a call, some 40%r will say something; and half the time even if you make a call and get a bunch of affirmatives in response - they still just scatter from spawn following their own plans.

They are going to go town. It’s like moths to the flame. The trick is to try and still make it work somehow.

Make a joke that gets noticed and send it right at the start of the countdown clock.

”Town is for clowns>>>>>>>>“ with arrows toward hill

”Free beer on hill”

and so forth.

Then grit yer teeth for whatever happens next and adjust accordingly.

Sometimes town is good. But 99.9% of the time, you go hill. Honestly, has anyone on this game heard of the high ground advantage? Once the hill is taken you have an elevated position to wipe out the remainder of the enemy team.

Missiles are not a problem, ya'll just jealous you aren't skilled enough to use them (Ok, ok I'm joking.:harp:).

Seriously though, why rush hill when you have cap? Make red come down to you!

Even if the team goes hill, so often when the first red is spotted in town, there's a lemming train of death as your team gives up the advantage to yolo into town.

You can’t count on your team! You give them a arrow and they turn that direction and drive forward, they may not be facing same direction as you. Most players ignore mini map or don’t understand how to get there.

If your lucky and they follow you, they will all be sitting behind you in bush or pulling in front of you because your not sitting in middle of bush.

If they follow you and are in great positions they will abandon you at the first red to be spotted, so I now try to spot early .

Play smart , adapt to rapidly changing situations, try to make the most out of the team you draw and try not to get frustrated it negatively effects your game play.

Play light tanks and lead the red lemmings directly to your campers.

How many times lately does your team die within 3 minutes and you start blaming mm for the story team . You look at wr of other team and It’s substantial lower than your team, low to mid 40’s, a average of 6 to 8 points lower .
