Greetings, I've been searching for a decent tier 10 line to grind I've settled on either the E 100 or E 50 M

I'm currently unsure of the best tank to go for, my main source for the E 100 is "

E100 - Guide & Review | wot blitz" by Meadsy69, which has likley had some buffs since. On the other hand E 50 M requires more knowledge of maps and knowing where to go, currently I'm torn on which tank to go for both having great charestics and potential.

Should I get a truck or a sports car?  Two very different tanks but both good.   The e100 grind is easier I think and fits the current meta.  The e50 grind is varied and will require different skills.  Can’t go wrong.

E50M is ones of my favs in the game and without discrediting it, the E100 is likely a better option for you. For mainly the reason underdawg stated. The line throughout is generally easier to adapt to. Get a sense of what tank type you like to play and go for which ever one best fits. Both are solid options though.

E100 is pretty straightforward:  Aim your gun, pop 600 damage into someone, then angle your turret and hull and wiggle while you reload.  After that is done you re aim and repeat.

E50M is best used as a battering ram.  About all you want to do.  The best thing about that tank is ramming medium and light tanks for like 800 HP and taking only about 200-300 in return.  The gun is okay, but the turret is soft to HEAT and TD's, and people love their HEAT spam in the high tier gamesplays.

Ultamitely, it comes down to what you play better, mediums or Heavies.  E50M is closer to a Heavium overall, but your best bet as a beginner is the E100.  Armor is more forgiving and the gun helps you get decent damage and learn how to aim

I'd recommend the E-100 - its line is hands-down the best line in the game right now.  Every tank in the line above tier 5 is absolutely phenomenal.

The VK 36.01H is the best tank in tier 6.

The Tiger I is the best tech tree heavy in tier 7.

The Tiger II is the best tech tree heavy in tier 8.

The E-75 is the best tech tree heavy in tier 9.

The E-100 is a top-3 tank in the game (I'd even argue top 2).

The E-50M isn't a bad tank, but it's not exactly meta right now.  Heavies dominate - now is the perfect time to grind the E-100 line!

Also, you may want to seek out draug's "Unicums Guide to the E100."  Gives a very good step by step guide, from positions you would like to take to equipment loadouts that work the best.
