Haaa, I Wish I could buy A smasher for 2500 gold. Or even 5000.

 

 Well, 1st 5 battles of this event and I average well under the 900 EXP I need.

 Waste of time for me.

 It's obvious this event is about the money and A slim chance at the roulette wheel to win a smasher.

 I have terrible luck with containers also, So I'll pass on that too.

 And keep my hard earned money.

Over 50 battles done, at the current rate I will only get 66% of the way to the blazer.

 I will not spend any money on that tank.

 What happened to the events. They used to be fun. All WG thinks about is making money now in any way possible.

 For me, This event is terrible.

100 battles complete.

 At Battle 89 I was Eligible for the key.

 At Battle 100 I would have to waste 3225 gold to get the blaze.

 I chose to open up one container with the key and received 100 gold 3 boosters, 20 Piecs certificate for grave digger which I already have And 6900 free experience.

 Nothing I want nor need.

 Since I am a terrible player, This event was a giant waste of time for me.

 One weird thing is that I was averaging 38% win rate today until the last 11 battles in which I won 9 of them.

 Once again, for me this event was terrible.

 

 

 Quick little update, I had 789 gold pieces and decided to buy one key. I then open the container and received the same exact thing I did earlier. I guess that's just another weird coincidence.

Awarding multiple crates during a 100 battle event, yet at the end of the quest awarding ONE key that opens exactly ONE CRATE is a cruel joke.
 

edit:  removed as much bitter tone as possible, but my point stands.  It’s disappointing to earn multiple crates, yet have to purchase keys to open all but one.  Not very sporting.

I already have the Blaze, but need to pay 1800 gold to get it again for the event.  If I pay 1800 gold for the Blaze will I get compensated 2500 gold like the tanks in the lockbox?  I’d rather go for a sure 700 gold net profit than use the key for 4% chance at 2500 gold... I already have all the tanks in the crates.

 

If I sell my current Blaze it only compensates at 1m credits.  I don’t know what to do.  Worst result would be paying the 1800 gold for the Blaze only to be compensated 1m credits.

Yeah i opened one of my many Smasher lockboxes with the one free key and got the Smasher.. which I already own. So WG gave me a measly 2500 gold. Better than a kick to the nether regions, but still, only 2500 gold?? There are players that cheerfully would pay 4 or even 5 times that for the Smasher. Just saying.. seems a bit on the low side.

My personally think that was a good thing , the price is kinda cheap . But something I disagree that so many smashers spamming the whole tier 6 to tier 8 match. The whole penetration and the Dpm is broken . Such like HE shell, u can one shot Kv2 , su152, kv1S , etc.  I remeber that last night , I platoon with my buddy. We played two SPIC together , we saw two smasher on enemy team . We thought they can’t shoot us because our speed was fast . But suddenly I found that my buddy suddenly died because he got killed by one of the smasher . I have no idea what is going on at the moment. I tried to use the sniper mode and aim the smasher , it kind of super red , even can’t pen the turret. And he just use HE shell to one shot . I was so mad that time and my buddy cried after he also got one shot killed by smasher . Wargaming, if you listen that please nerf the smasher armour , accuracy, Dpm and the reload . I want to be the volunteer to help you guys , my friends had told me to be volunteer of WG before because they are testers . They also waiting me to be volunteer.
