Yeah, I'm gonna annoy a lot of people with this thread.
So a while ago I looked up the 62a on Wikipedia and found it had a 115mm gun, and made a thread about it. It turns out the original 62 had a 115, but the 62A had a 100mm.
So what if... There was a 115 mm gun option that had better alpha, but worse pen, accuracy, DPM, e.t.c.
Since most (or all) 105mm guns have 350 alpha, and 120mm guns have 400 alpha, I was thinking the 115mm gun would have around 375 or 380.
As for reload, I was thinking like 11 or 12 seconds, but that would still result in 3300 DPM, so I dunno. If even anyone is on board with this idea, which I highly doubt, could anyone give me an idea of the reload time?
And penetration, maybe 235. I feel like that would be balanced, and definitely would need heat. Or apcr if standard shells are ap.
Shell velocity should be around 1200, since the wz med has 1k and original 62a has 15k.
Accuracy shouldn't be to good, but not bad either. The Russians keep their traditional accurate guns in tier x.
I dunno about these values, and like I said if anyone likes this idea, help me out here.
Thanks tankers!
