The smasher tank is soo op. It can pen basically anything, it does like 600 damage, and its a heavy tank with a turret. The fact that update 7.3 buffed it doesn't help much. The tank needs to be nerfed DRAMATICALLY to avoid the game becoming even more pay-to-win use-smasher-to-win.

It is a bit too strong, ... but then sometimes the shot plain old misses, gets eaten by a track, ...

I think they are easy to deal with if you know what you're doing. Same with the Annihilator. It looks OP now but once people know how to deal with it the tank won't be OP.

No tank in the game is so OP that it's impossible to take down. This is like saying that the Ke-Ni Otsu when it first came out wasn't OP because it has no armor.

Well ofc I know that. There are ways to deal with the Annihilator but since it's not ingrained into our reflexes and our memory of the armor profile it's harder to take out. Same happened with all the other new tanks that show up.

They probably won't ever need it. If WG does decide to nerf it its gonna be minor and not make much of a difference. Also every tank has a weakness learn to exploit the weakness.

A lot of people cry for a Smasher nerf. Didn’t realize you knew it’s concealment had been buffed in 7.3.

I have been saying this from a while.

Since I started and also when I was a 40%.

Never saw a really broken tank.

Really really good tank yes; but every really good tank still needs a skilled player and still has weakness.

The tank is clearly insane, and the Annihilator is about the same. If anything, they should be nerfed or completely removed from normal and rating battles, and like the ATGM Sheridan, only allowed in special game modes and training rooms.

I never said to buff it, i said to nerf it.

I get what you're saying, daREAL_trainboi said annihilator is the same as smasher (as in both are op) and I lose in annihilator a lot (because i be is n00b). You all have convinced me that smasher doesn't need a nerf.
