[Chiefmac]

I have (screen record on iPad) video of 2 tanks, 1 on my team, 1 an opponent, same clan NOT SHOOTING AT EACH OTHER at the end of the battle while sitting in a cap circle. I do not save replays in game, this is a screen record with screen shot stills. Clear violation. When I try creating a ticket, keeps telling me the file is too large. How do I get this sent into WG?

Try posting on youtube and sending the link with the ticket

Loss. Not capturing the base nor destroying the IS-3 gave the win to the opposing team.

You don't want to send the video file; just send the replay file. Make sure to tell them the timestamps.

Attach the replay file as well, and stills. If you take a screen cap and save to photo library as .png the uploads usually fit too.

For rule violations.

Make sure you turn ON replays, so you can attach one.

WG has replied before that screenshots and videos are not enough for rule violations, or at least some of them.

 

You can try with what you have.

WG usually will not accept screen recordings as they can be altered by folks who are good with video.   They only accept replays.  
 

Please ensure you have replays on.

The title looks like you're looking for somebody to help you cheat the game....

 

Man, that clan is PACKED with 40%ers....they probably don't even realize how offensive this move is to real players.
