Why did WG choose to use Mad Games instead of Uprising?

I was really hoping for Uprising too. I really love that mode. In fact I like it much more than regular battles, which I have burned out on. Maybe shorten it to 2 lives so the games aren't quite so long. As far as mad games, it's ok, but the time rewind power was my favorite. Maybe too OP, but I liked it

WG simply rotates the different imbecile modes for more 40%’ers to grind tanks they probably should not play. 

I thought it was kid of funny WG nerf’d some of the abilities in Mad Games given that all these modes do is make the average player worse. 

Moron Games. Like 4 tanks trying to snipe from the same bush in Dead Rail? One of them being an E-100.....
