1. Panther 2 can pen every single tier 8 heavy frontally with gold, and i'm sure there are others. VK 100.01 P is a beast tier 8 heavy, but can be penned extremely easily if you can aim(apparently it takes a genius to do this), lower glacias, commanders cupola, and with gold, the Panther 2 can pen it's turret cheeks. Prammo can pen most heavies, some isn't punchy enough, but at tier 8, yeah, most prammo is tough. The problem is the price.

3. true. You can also reverse sidescrape if you're on an angle. I'm just thinking if you're angling in openfield, you have 240 mm from the front, non angled, angling decreases that by alot. But if you're wiggling, I guess it could work. Sidescraping wouldn't be smart at all though.
