I recently got the E75, and have been suffering in it, no matter how I angle, I can never bounce shots. It seems to be worse in every way than the Tiger II currently, and so I'd like advice to try and make it work. It is completely stock except for the gun which is the first 105, and I currently have equipment-wise on it CS, Camo Net, Defense System, and Enhanced Armor

Don't play any tier 9 until it is completely upgraded. You need those tracks and engine to be effective.

You badly need the top turret on the E-75. Get that turret first and you'll start to bounce a lot of shells. Next, head to the gun and then you can go for everything else.

Edit: You can also go for the engine/tracks right after you get the turret as the 105mm gun should serve you just right. It's a completely different beast once you get all the modules in it unlocked.

Unfortunately I have no real way to get loads of free exp in order to do that. I was hoping I could speed up the stock grind with my 20 some odd 3x Multipliers, but I am struggling to win in order to use them

I was already going after the turret first, struggling to get the exp needed fro it though, and most of the shots I receive go straight through the hull of the big fat car

I would wait until 5v5 starts and spam the hell out of it this weekend if you have no other option.

Alright, will do, I'll keep trying to win a few normal battles with it until skirmish begins, really wish I could just skip the 75 and go straight to the 100...

Hey, so what's the rush to get the E100?  You seem to really struggle in upper tiers, the game play doesn't get any easier at Tier X.

If you can't make the E75 work, good luck with the E100. Tier for tier the E75 is the better tank.

That's absolutely generally great advice but the e75 is one of the few tier 9 grinds where you can do decently with lower modules. I'd want that turret before anything though.

It's a fantastic tank and you should focus on performing in it before jumping to the 100. Once you have the top turret raise your awareness on when your opponents are going to shoot and make sure to pivot your turret to bounce those shots. That's going to be so much more important in the 100, and the 75 is a good training ground for it. Be aggressive and don't shrink from tier 10s.

For the longest time the 75 was a giant breath of fresh air after a horrific tiger 2 grind. I'm sure the stock 75 is a bit shocking for players now after coming from the crazily souped up tiger 2.

The reason I want the E100 is fairly simple: Even if I suck in it, I'll have a Tier X and a sense of accomplishment. I'll likely rarely play it, but at least I'll have it. I don't really struggle at higher tiers, but I was not ready for how slow the stock E75 was, as my only two tanks before I got the E75 that were above Tier VII were the Tiger II and the K-91, both of which are fairly mobile

Not to argue with you here, but your stats say you clearly struggle at higher tiers.  You have only 1 tank with an average damage over 1000.  You really should stay in the lower tiers and improve your game play.

I understand the sense of accomplishment, but why blow your credit & freexp wad on a Tier X that you will "rarely" play.    There really is no rush to get to Tier X.  I personally find the game more fun when I win and help the team.  If you're doing less than 1000 damager per battle in a Tiger II after 100+ games, you're not helping the team.

I get my sense of accomplishment by getting masteries, purple stats, damage per battle etc..

From Tier 6 on, you really should be averaging over 1000 damage per battle.  If you're not, you are not carrying your weight and not helping your team.

My Tiger II stats look lower than they are because most of my battles with it I did in Skirmish, so simply put, many of the battles, the data for wasn't ever recorded. I believe from memory I had a 50-52% winrate in Skirmish with the Tiger, and about 1100 average damage with it. I do struggle a bit, but I got my high tiers right in the middle of Skirmish meant that most of my games with them were in that gamemode

Just trying to help here. It's not just your Tiger II stats.

I think you are going to find Tier X very hard to play.  I would concentrate on getting good in tiers 5 & 6.   Honestly, you are going to loose lots of credits at Tier X, and you will be very frustrated in the E100.

It's hot garbage

until you get the top turret. Than it is a beast when angled, even when not angled it's sloped armor is powerful

The difference between camping and sniping is that the sniper looks for opportunities and the camper looks at the scenery.

I'm 8k exp away from the turret, I've noticed that since posting this I'm getting a lot more bounces

Don't rush the E-100. You will hate yourself for it and you will ruin your stats in it. Even if it's just for a sense of accomplishment, don't even think about selling the E-75 for the E-100. The E-100 is much harder to play and is more RNG reliant and based on your battle count, you'll barely have any equipment that you can put on your tanks which will massively hinder you on the higher tiers.

I've actually got quite a few credits stockpiled, but in any case I am a long way from the E100, and am planning on equipping my E75 with top modules before I even try researching the E100

I would honestly highly recommend you to stick with your Tiger II to learn the game's fundamentals since the lower tiers get clapped by Smasher and Annihilator and tiers 5-7 also don't really give enough experience and depth of learning the game. I think that learning the game with the Tiger II before pushing on the tiers would be much better for you before you touch your E-75 again.

Don't worry, I just grinded that entire line and fully upgraded, the E 75 is much, much better than the stock E-100 imo. You can do so much with the E 75 fully upgraded. It's a great tank.
