Advice for you? Park it. You aren’t ready for it yet. 
 

the reason you are struggling to win is part tank, and majority player. 
 

If you are playing majority of your battles in skirmish modes well, that explains why you struggle in pubs. Completely different gameplay. 
 

if you feel 1100 avg dmg in the tiger II is good that right there shows you aren’t ready for high tiers. 
 

some will say you should do 2k avg dmg in a tier viii heavies. I call bullsht on that. If you aren’t close to 2x your tier in a heavy for avg dmg you need to rethink your objective.

I'd say try to do 250 damage multiplied by tier. So for tier 8, try doing 2k damage average.
