We have 7 clans, good folks, good clan mates. We are only allowed one recruiting thread for all 7 clans and we can only post available spots once every 7 days or we will be banned from recruiting....on the clan recruiting forum. Soooo...

 

we have a couple spots available in NSBA right now, that will probably change tomorrow. Please PM me and I will direct you to any available spot in an NSBA clan. 
 

Yes, it’s ridiculous but that’s the situation for the meantime. We are sending everything we have to WOTB showing how and when we have been wronged, until action is taken, PM me and we will get you in a good clan.

The fact that 42% of all of NSBA clans are <1 mo. old members speaks volumes about your ability to recruit and get new active players more involved in the game which is great.  The fact that 10% of them have left within a month according to these posts would indicate you have a retention problem, which may be an opportunity for you to not have to work so hard to recruit here. 

 

I might suggest though that if you advertise as a mellow clan who wants to retain people you consider the wording of your clan descriptions of  #3 & your own #7 which may give an appearance other than advertised.  If this is the "laid back" mentality that goes on in the clan chat, etc. this might be your problem.
