Winter Season Championship 2021

MAKE ATTENTION! 

On the 23rd of February, the Winter season Championship will start, where the best 8 teams from the Top Echelon will compete. To participate in this tournament, each player in the team must have a Partcipant ticket which has been accrued for the Top Echelon clans basing on Prove your skill tournaments in Winter Season 2021. The precise match schedule is indicated in the regulations.

Participants of this tournament could not participate in other tournaments which take place at the same time.

 

General Requirements

Vehicle tiers: X.

Registration period: from 18 February 7:00 AM (PT) / 10:00 AM (ET) to 22 February 7:00 AM (PT) / 10:00 AM (ET).

Duration: from 23 February to 28 February 2021

Battles start: 23 February, 6:00 PM (PT) / 9:00 PM (ET).

Control mode: touch

Maximum number of teams: 8.

Number of players in a team: 7 main players plus up to 3 backup players.

Battle time: 7 minutes.

Battle type: Supremacy.

Interval between battles: 2 minutes.

  • If the minimum required number of team members (5players) does not turn up for the battle at the set time, the match will be recognized as lost for this team.
  • A special room for conducting matches will be automatically created 5 minutes prior to the first battle. Check the Notifications section for the invitation.
  • Team membership is fixed and cannot be changed before the end of the tournament.

 

Player Conduct:

  1. Only teams which represent clans from Top Echelon are allowed to participate in this tournament.
  2. The Player must be a resident of one of the countries bound to the respective Gaming Regions where the Game accounts of the Players are registered. Given below is the country and Gaming Region classification. Each team can content up to 2 players that don’t conform to this rule.
  3. All team participants should contain at the same clan from the moment of registration to the Tournament to the end of Tournament. In case of the violation of this Rule team will lose 50% of the prize fund for each stage for this Tournament.
  4. No insults of any form towards the Players, Teams, Tournament Organizer and its employees are allowed.
  5. It is forbidden to post excessive, meaningless or aggressive messages.
  6. Players must observe the principles of fair play and the sportsmanship of the competition. Any actions of the player that do not comply with these principles shall be treated as unsportsmanlike conduct and may cause the punishment for the player for all Tournament duration.
  7. There shall be no breach of the Game Rules and other rules of the License Agreement.
  8. It is prohibited to intentionally mislead the Tournament Organizer or other Players using knowingly false information.
  9. Players must observe the principles of fair play.
  10. It is forbidden to participate in the Tournament using a gaming account registered to another Player.
  11. Any modification of the Game client during the Tournament with the purpose of gaining a gaming advantage is prohibited.
  12. Any arrangements between Players and/or Teams for the purpose of gaining a gaming advantage are prohibited. Collusion shall include, but is not limited to, the following cases:
    • Arranging an agreement or any form of negotiations on the outcome or score of a Match.
    • A deliberately passive play for the purpose of achieving the desired outcome of a Match or deliberate sabotage of the Team's actions for the purpose of achieving the desired outcome of a Match.
  13. It is forbidden to intentionally use any errors (bugs) or failures of the Game with the purpose of gaining a gaming advantage.
  14. Organizer can prohibit participation of team and/or player in this tournament based on violation(s) of previous tournaments regulation. Violation evaluation is held by the Organizer. Organizer decision regarding team and/or player is final and can't be appealed.

 

Tournament System and Battle Format

The precise start time of matches will be displayed in the game client after the drawingTeams will be seeded based on their clan's place in the Hall of Fame for the season:
The first-place team plays against the eighth-place team;
The second-place team plays against the seventh-place team;
The third-place team plays against the sixth-place team;
The fourth-place team plays against the fifth-place team.

► Final Stage

The Final Stage is conducted using the Double Elimination system between 8 best teams from the Top Echelon (battles are fought in the upper and lower brackets). The first spawn point is determined randomly by the automatic tournament system. Two battles are held on the same map with the spawn point swapped after the first battle, then the map is changed.

  • A Team losing in the Upper bracket moves into the Lower bracket.
  • A Team winning in the Upper bracket advances to the next rounds of the Tournament in the Upper bracket.
  • A Team losing in the Lower bracket is eliminated from the Tournament.
  • Winners of the Upper and Lower brackets meet in the Finals.

 

Schedule and maps:

The precise start time of matches will be displayed in the game client after the drawing. Start times of matches in the rules and the actual time may be different.

All maps are playing in the "Supremacy" battle type. The format: Bo5 (up to 3 victories), Final of the Upper and Lower bracket - Bo7 (up to 4 victories), Grand-Final - Bo9 (up to 5 victories).

  • First Upper Bracket round — 23 February, 6:00 PM (PT) / 9:00 PM (ET). Maps: Dynasty's Pearl, Oasis Palms, Naval Frontier
  • First Lower Bracket round — 23 February, 6:45 PM (PT) / 9:45 PM (ET). Maps: Rockfield, Hellas, Normandy
  • Second Upper Bracket round — 25 February, 6:00 PM (PT) / 9:00 PM (ET). Maps: Winter Malinovka, Mayan Ruins, New Bay
  • Second Lower Bracket round — 25 February, 6:45 PM (PT) / 9:45 PM (ET). Maps: Port Bay, Fort Despair, Desert Sands
  • Third Lower Bracket round — 26 February, 6:00 PM (PT) / 9:00 PM (ET). Maps: Middleburg, Vineyards, Faust
  • Upper Bracket Final — 27 February, 6:00 PM (PT) / 9:00 PM (ET). Maps: Vineyards, Yukon, Alpenstadt, Naval Frontier
  • Lower Bracket Final — 27 February, 7:10 PM (PT) / 10:10 PM (ET). Maps: Castilla, Faust, Desert Sands, Black Goldville
  • Grand-Final — 28 February, 6:00 PM (PT) / 9:00 PM (ET). Maps: Hellas, Dynasty's Pearl, Oasis Palms, Normandy, Winter Malinovka

 

Streaming

The Organizer reserves the right to add, for any Matches, spectators to one or both Teams for the purpose of streaming Matches. Links to streams will be added a day before the start of Matches.

 

Tournament Prize Fund

In the case when team miss 3 and more battles, players of the team won't receive 50% prize fund. In the case when team miss 7 and more battles, they won't receive prizes at all. 

► Final Stage

Every participant of this tournament will receive a “Pro Player” avatar.

  • I place - 2 500$ to the Team. “King of the Hill” profile background, Professional commemorative medal, "Cyber Winter" camouflage, 5 340 000 credits, 8 000 gold, 80 000 free XP for each player in a team
  • II place - 1 500$ to the Team. “King of the Hill” profile background, Professional commemorative medal, "Cyber Winter" camouflage, 3 200 000 credits, 5 600 gold, 40 000 free XP for each player in a team
  • III place - 1 000$ to the Team. “King of the Hill” profile background, Professional commemorative medal, "Cyber Winter" camouflage, 2 140 000 credits, 4 000 gold, 20 000 free XP for each player in a team
  • IV place - 600$ to the Team. “King of the Hill” profile background, Professional commemorative medal, "Cyber Winter" camouflage, 1 340 000 credits, 3 200 gold, 10 000 free XP for each player in a team
  • V-VI places - 350$ to the Team. “King of the Hill” profile background, Professional commemorative medal, "Cyber Winter" camouflage, 840 000 credits, 3 500 gold for each player in a team
  • VII-VIII places - 200$ to the Team. “King of the Hill” profile background, Professional commemorative medal, "Cyber Winter" camouflage, 540 000 credits, 2 000 gold for each player in a team

 

*In-game rewards will be accrued during 7 working days after the tournament will be ended.


Important information about distribution of the prize fund:

Due to local legal limitations, players who are residents of Vietnam, Hong Kong, Brazil and the Province of Quebec (Canada) are not eligible to win monetary prizes in this tournament. Players who are residents of Japan have to sign additional agreement to receive monetary prizes.

Money prize, won by the team in a Tournament, shall be paid by the Organizer of the Tournament to the Paypal accounts of each player made available by the Captain. Team Captain shall provide necessary information within one week from finishing the Tournament. Participating in the Tournament, all team players confirm that they accept and explicitly agree that the prize payable to their team shall be transferred to the details, specified by their Team Captain. All banking commissions, retentions, deductions, taxes, including income tax, as well as any other expenses in respect of prize repayment, shall be self-sustained by the team and each player of this team, who has participated in the Tournament and has won the prize. In case of any disputes in respect of prize repayment, all claims from the team or its players shall be settled by them independently, without involving the Organizers of the Tournament.

As soon as the prize is debited from the Paypal account of the Organizer of the Tournament to transfer the prize money, the Organizer of the Tournament shall be deemed to fulfill its obligations on transferring prize money to the team, and shall not be liable for any consequences of the Captain’s provision of data, necessary for transferring the prize, that has turned out to be invalid, unreliable, incomplete or data consisting of the third parties details.

The receiving of the prize is conditioned to compliance with all and any applicable laws and provisions, as well as these regulations, by the team and each particular player. The Tournament player (players), as well as its parents or foster parents in case when the player-winner is under age, shall be solely liable for all applicable tax and other expenses or disbursements.

To receive a money prize, the Team Captain shall provide an operative Paypal account of each team player.

Money prizes shall be paid within four weeks from finishing the Tournament, but in any case, no sooner than the Team Captain provides full payment details of each player. All transfers shall be made in US dollars (USD).

Undue, incomplete, incorrect or unreliable provision or miss-provision of information specified in this clause shall be considered as violation these Regulations. In such case the Organizer of the Tournament shall not be liable for inappropriate performance of its obligations on transferring money prize.

All winners and each winner in particular shall agree that the Organizer and its employees shall be hold harmless from liability in respect of accepting/ receiving the prize, awarded within the Tournament.

The winners’ receiving of the prize shall be conditioned to their compliance with any and all applicable laws and provisions. The winner (winners), as well as its parents or foster parents in case when the player is under age, shall be solely liable for all applicable tax and other expenses or disbursements, not specified in the description of prizes.

Hello!

 

Major tournaments participants are quite involved and high-skill players which set an example for all who watch them. That's why it's important for us to keep the atmosphere in tournaments fair and players themselves tend to keep it the same. We thank each Winter season participant who played fair and showed a great skill level. Unfortunately, we found a player who violated the Game rules. This player was banned.

 

Banned player

 

This player loses all his prize fund.

 

We ask all players to be responsible for following the Game rules in general and during tournament seasons, in particular.
