I usually watch the ads for gold very early in the morning when the rest of the house is asleep. I keep my phone on mute so as to not disturb anyone. Recently, an REI ad has been playing audio even though I have my phone muted. The ad generally plays several times, but the audio only plays the first time. I have my phone muted for a reason. An ad shouldn't override my choice for it to be muted.
Can you please change the behavior of this ad? I realize I'm getting a reward for watching. WG is obviously profiting from the video ad as well or it wouldn't be an option. I'd don't want to have to stop watching the ads, but if the choice is between waking my family and earning a bit of in-game gold family wins every time.
