Did the Sheridan missile get a new firing sound for the missiles?
Maybe I'm just crazy, but I swear it sounds different than before.

Yeah it did get get new sounds which replaced the old ones. Though I've only noticed this for firing atgm

Beware of Traps
I noticed it as well. You can hear it in this video around the 1:34 and 2:43 mark.
It's rather strange that WG would change the sound effect for a single mechanic on a tank no one can get anymore.
