Ran a few new tanks. All high tier? What are you people seeing?

I think it returned in 7.6 but definitely in 7.7 as my new TVP line tanks had top tier fir at least the first 5 games. 
 


I hate Annihilator spammers...

I also run some new tanks in 7.6 and it felt like it is back...

I think using a new tank in ratings or event battles will eliminate the Honeymoon? I'm sure platooning does.

Platooning does for sure. 
   Unsure of raging or events.

Ratings battles are definitely considered towards the honeymoon counter. The special modes didn’t. At least that was the case before. Moreover some special modes took into account the honeymoon mm yet didn’t reset the counter so you would always be a top tier.

Nope it works in platoon also. I noticed it this week after my 9 year old son started playing and begged me to toon with him. We were top tier top tank in at least 7 if not more battles and the reds were like shooting fish in a bucket! He was obviously dragging me into his honeymoon state.

Only works if both tanks are new in honeymoon -- but remember Platoon MM is more important than Honeymoon, so you may end up in a low tier game in your first few battle in a toon EVEN if you are both in new vehicles.

 This all may be true, but it all seemed way to easy even at tier 5 at the time. No my tank was not new, only his. I went back and looked at we won 13 straight and finally lost the 14th. Funny thing is? After we ended our toon, i went back and played a few more at t5 and it was back to thw same old win one or two/ lose one or two.

No I don't believe it is.  This is just a sample of what I am dealing with trying to play the TVP...just watch chat and the T54.  I won't spoil it and let you guess what his WR is....replay on link.

edit: It's also not helping that MM has put Chipolte from PRAMO on red at least 3x and only 1x on Green in the last 12 battles.  How odd is it that I can see the same 60%er in 4 out of 12 battles..because you know...MM is so random....
