It should be more that the IS-4 needs to be nerfed and both E5 and Kran needs a rebalance than 113 needing a buff imho.

It don’t think it a terrible tank. Against good players you’ll struggle, against the typical noob it does alright as long as you don’t think your in an is-4.  We don’t need more is-4s and e-100s, I like that it’s different.
