MAKE ATTENTION!

On the 28th of July, the Summer Season Championship will start, where the best 8 teams from the Top Echelon will compete. To participate in this tournament, each player in the team must have a Top Echelon Championship Ticket which has been accrued for the Top Echelon clans basing on Bronze and Gold series tournaments in Summer Season 2021. The precise match schedule is indicated in the regulations.

Participants of this tournament could not participate in other tournaments which take place at the same time.

 

General Requirements

Vehicle tiers: X.

Registration period: from 24 July 8:00 AM (PT) / 11:00 AM (ET) to 27 July 8:00 AM (PT) / 11:00 AM (ET).

Duration: from 28 July to 31 July 2021

Battles start: 28 July, 6:00 PM (PT) / 9:00 PM (ET).

Control mode: touch

Maximum number of teams: 8.

Number of players in a team: 7 main players plus up to 3 backup players.

Battle time: 7 minutes.

Battle type: Supremacy.

Interval between battles: 2 minutes.

  • If the minimum required number of team members (players) does not turn up for the battle at the set time, the match will be recognized as lost for this team.
  • A special room for conducting matches will be automatically created 5 minutes prior to the first battle. Check the Notifications section for the invitation.
  • Team membership is fixed and cannot be changed before the end of the tournament.

 

Main provisions of the rules:

  1. Only teams that represent clans from Top Echelon are allowed to participate in this tournament.
  2. To receive a tournament award, a player must have participated in at least 3 tournaments in the Bronze series during the Summer Season 2021.
  3. The Player must be a resident of one of the countries bound to the respective Gaming Regions where the Game accounts of the Players are registered. Given below is the country and Gaming Region classification. Each team can contain up to 2 players that don’t conform to this rule.
  4. All team participants should contain at the same clan from the moment of registration to the Tournament to the end of Tournament. In case of a violation of this Rule, the Team Captain, as well as the player who left the clan, will lose 50% of the prize pool (and all unique awards, including avatars, profile background, tanks, medals, camouflages) for each stage for this Tournament.
  5. No insults of any form towards the Players, Teams, Tournament Organizer, its employees, and Streamers of tournament matches are allowed. Any behavior that could be considered by the Tournament Organizer as offensive, affecting the image of the Team and the Tournament Organizer, is prohibited. In case of a violation of this Rule, the team will lose 50% of the prize pool (and all unique awards, including avatars, profile background, tanks, medals, camouflages) for each stage for this Tournament.
  6. In the case when the team misses 3 and more battles, players of the team won't receive a 50% prize fund (and all unique awards, including avatars, profile background, tanks, medals, camouflages). In the case when the team misses 7 and more battles, they won't receive prizes at all. 
  7. It is forbidden to post excessive, meaningless, or aggressive messages.
  8. Players must observe the principles of fair play and the sportsmanship of the competition. Any actions of the player that do not comply with these principles shall be treated as unsportsmanlike conduct and may cause punishment for the player for all Tournament duration, as well as complete forfeiture of the Team prize pool.
  9. There shall be no breach of the Game Rules and other rules of the License Agreement.
  10. It is prohibited to intentionally mislead the Tournament Organizer or other Players using knowingly false information.
  11. Players must observe the principles of fair play.
  12. It is forbidden to participate in the Tournament using a gaming account registered to another Player.
  13. Any modification of the Game client during the Tournament with the purpose of gaining a gaming advantage is prohibited.
  14. Any arrangements between Players and/or Teams for the purpose of gaining a gaming advantage are prohibited. Collusion shall include, but is not limited to, the following cases:
    • Arranging an agreement or any form of negotiations on the outcome or score of a Match.
    • A deliberately passive play for the purpose of achieving the desired outcome of a Match or deliberate sabotage of the Team's actions for the purpose of achieving the desired outcome of a Match.
  15. It is forbidden to intentionally use any errors (bugs) or failures of the Game with the purpose of gaining a gaming advantage.
  16. The organizer can prohibit participation of team and/or player in this tournament based on violation(s) of previous tournaments regulation. Violation evaluation is held by the Organizer. Organizer decision regarding team and/or player is final and can't be appealed.
  17. It is forbidden to use VPN with IP addresses of countries that are on the list of regions, living in which the player can't get the prize money to his PayPal account (Vietnam, Hong Kong, Province of Quebec (Canada), and Brazil). The responsibility for the use of VPN with IP of such region lies entirely on the player. By using the IP of such a region, the player automatically agrees that the prize fund in real money will not be paid to him at the end of the Tournament.

Possible re-match and match rescheduling:

Circumstances for re-match, cancellation, or postponement of matches are determined by the Tournament Organizer. The organizer reserves the right to change the start time and date of matches, as well as to replay individual matches in a number of situations:

  • In the case of massive technical problems of server nature during the Tournament matches;
  • In the event that the holding of matches at a specified time carries a risk of technical stability of the Tournament;
  • In the case of a technical failure in the calculation of the results of matches;
  • In case there was a massive technical failure when creating tournament rooms and sending invitations to players to the match;
  • In case the Tournament matches do not start at the set time;
  • Other situations not specified in the list, but established by the Organizer as sufficient grounds for postponing, canceling, or replaying the Match.

 

Tournament System and Battle Format

The precise start time of matches will be displayed in the game client after the drawing.

 

► Group Stage

The Group stage is held within 1 day by a Single Elimination system between the top 8 best teams from the Top Echelon, divided into 2 groups of 4 teams in each.

Teams will be seeded based on their clan's place in the Hall of Fame of the season:

Group 1

The first-place team plays against the eighth-place team;
The third-place team plays against the sixth-place team;

Group 2

The second-place team plays against the seventh-place team;
The fourth-place team plays against the fifth-place team.

The first spawn point is determined randomly by the automatic tournament system. Two battles are held on the same map with the spawn point swapped after the first battle, then the map is changed.

  • A Team losing in the first round is eliminated from the Tournament.

  • A Team winning in the first round advances to the final of the Group stage.
  • Winners of the first round meet in the Finals.

The precise start time of matches will be displayed in the game client after the drawing. Start times of matches in the rules and the actual time may be different.

All maps are playing in the "Supremacy" battle type. The format: Bo9 (up to 5 victories). Top-2 teams in each group advance to the next stage.

Matches on 28 July

  • First round — 28 July, 6:00 PM (PT) / 9:00 PM (ET). Maps: Rockfield, Fort Despair, Oasis Palms, Dynasty's Pearl, Alpenstadt
  • Final round — 28 July, 7:25 PM (PT) / 10:25 PM (ET). Maps: Normandy, Canal, Himmelsdorf, Black Goldville, Yukon

 

► Final Stage

The Final stage is held within 3 days by a Double elimination system between 4 teams that have passed from the Group stage of this Tournament (battles are fought in the upper and lower brackets). The first spawn point is determined randomly by the automatic tournament system. Two battles are held on the same map with the spawn point swapped after the first battle, then the map is changed.

Teams will be seeded based on the results of the Group Stage:

  • 1st place of group 1 vs 2nd place of group 2
  • 1st place of group 2 vs 2nd place of group 1
  • A Team losing in the Upper bracket moves into the Lower bracket.
  • A Team winning in the Upper bracket advances to the next rounds of the Tournament in the Upper bracket.
  • A Team losing in the Lower bracket is eliminated from the Tournament.
  • Winners of the Upper and Lower brackets meet in the Finals.

The precise start time of matches will be displayed in the game client after the drawing. Start times of matches in the rules and the actual time may be different.

All maps are playing in the "Supremacy" battle type. The format: Bo5 (up to 3 victories), Final of the Upper and Lower bracket - Bo7 (up to 4 victories), Grand-Final - Bo9 (up to 5 victories).

Matches on 29 July

  • First Upper Bracket round — 29 July, 6:00 PM (PT) / 9:00 PM (ET). Maps: Castilla, Faust, Naval Frontier
  • First Lower Bracket round — 29 July, 6:45 PM (PT) / 9:45 PM (ET). Maps: Hellas, New Bay, Winter Malinovka

Matches on 30 July

  • Upper Bracket Final — 30 July, 6:00 PM (PT) / 9:00 PM (ET). Maps: Mayan Ruins, Yamato Harbour, Port Bay, Desert Sands
  • Lower Bracket Final — 30 July, 7:10 PM (PT) / 10:10 PM (ET). Maps: Vineyards, Middleburg, Canyon, Hellas

Matches on 31 July

  • Grand-Final — 31 July, 6:00 PM (PT) / 9:00 PM (ET). Maps: Black Goldville, Rockfield, Canal, Yukon, Normandy

 

Streaming

The Organizer reserves the right to add, for any Matches, spectators to one or both Teams for the purpose of streaming Matches. Links to streams will be added a day before the start of Matches.

 

Tournament Prize Fund

► Group Stage

All tournament participants will receive camouflage "Cyber Summer", "Participant of Summer Season Championship" medal, “Pro Player” avatar, and “King of the Hill” profile background.

  • I place - 2 500 000 credits for each player in a team
  • II place - 1 500 000 credits for each player in a team
  • III-IV places - 1 000 000 credits,  3 500 gold, 14 days of premium account for each player in a team

► Final Stage

All participants of the final stage will receive camouflage "Professional Blue".

  • I place - 3 500$ to the team, 5 340 000 credits, 8 000 gold, 80 000 free XP for each player in a team
  • II place - 2 100$ to the team, 3 200 000 credits, 5 600 gold, 40 000 free XP for each player in a team
  • III place - 700$ to the team, 2 140 000 credits, 4 000 gold, 20 000 free XP for each player in a team
  • IV place - 400$ to the team, 1 340 000 credits, 3 200 gold, 10 000 free XP for each player in a team

 

* In-game rewards will be accrued during 14 working days after the tournament will be ended. If the reward cannot be divided in equal proportions among the team players, the difference is added to the Team Captain's account.

 

Important information about distribution of the prize fund:

Due to local legal limitations, players who are residents of Vietnam, Hong Kong, Brazil, and the Province of Quebec (Canada) are not eligible to win monetary prizes in this tournament. Players who are residents of Japan have to sign additional agreements to receive monetary prizes.

Money prize, won by the team in a Tournament, shall be paid by the Organizer of the Tournament to the Paypal accounts of each player made available by the Captain. Team Captain shall provide necessary information within one week from finishing the Tournament. Participating in the Tournament, all team players confirm that they accept and explicitly agree that the prize payable to their team shall be transferred to the details, specified by their Team Captain. All banking commissions, retentions, deductions, taxes, including income tax, as well as any other expenses in respect of prize repayment, shall be self-sustained by the team and each player of this team, who has participated in the Tournament and has won the prize. In case of any disputes in respect of prize repayment, all claims from the team or its players shall be settled by them independently, without involving the Organizers of the Tournament.

As soon as the prize is debited from the Paypal account of the Organizer of the Tournament to transfer the prize money, the Organizer of the Tournament shall be deemed to fulfill its obligations on transferring prize money to the team, and shall not be liable for any consequences of the Captain’s provision of data, necessary for transferring the prize, that has turned out to be invalid, unreliable, incomplete or data consisting of the third parties details.

The receiving of the prize is conditioned to compliance with all and any applicable laws and provisions, as well as these regulations, by the team and each particular player. The Tournament player (players), as well as its parents or foster parents in case when the player-winner is under age, shall be solely liable for all applicable tax and other expenses or disbursements.

To receive a money prize, the Team Captain shall provide an operative Paypal account of each team player.

Money prizes shall be paid within eight weeks from finishing the Tournament, but in any case, no sooner than the Team Captain provides full payment details of each player. All transfers shall be made in US dollars (USD).

Undue, incomplete, incorrect or unreliable provision or miss-provision of information specified in this clause shall be considered as violation these Regulations. In such case the Organizer of the Tournament shall not be liable for inappropriate performance of its obligations on transferring money prize.

All winners and each winner in particular shall agree that the Organizer and its employees shall be hold harmless from liability in respect of accepting/ receiving the prize, awarded within the Tournament.

The winners’ receiving of the prize shall be conditioned to their compliance with any and all applicable laws and provisions. The winner (winners), as well as its parents or foster parents in case when the player is under age, shall be solely liable for all applicable tax and other expenses or disbursements, not specified in the description of prizes.

Hello there!

 

Checks for violations in the qualifiers tournaments have been completed. Unfortunately, besides honest players, there were some who violated the Game rules. All these players were banned.

 

Banned players list
