Ok. I have been trying to grind out the fv 4005, but I can’t get past the charioteer’s stock gun is there anyone who can help me.

Honestly, the best thing to do is to grind the modules out in special games modes if you don’t have enough free XP. Stock grinds are meant to suck, but this way you don’t kill your stats.

It’s called free XP, don’t grind a tank without it...

That said, I run a few games with all guns just see how they work, and I don’t find any that are worthless, you just need to move to find a position to pen other tanks. No different from being low tier in a lot of tanks.
