Rules of participating in qualifying tournaments

The rules apply to all tournaments in World of Tanks Blitz that are classified as qualifying tournaments to determine the position of clans in the Hall of Fame.

These rules govern the behavior of Players, Teams, and Clans that take part in qualifying tournaments. By registering in a tournament, the Team and its Players automatically agree to the designated rules. As such, they strive to comply with them from the moment the series of qualifying tournaments start to the end.

1.    All insults connected to Players, Teams, Tournament Organizers and their employees, and tournament match streamers are prohibited. Any behavior that the Tournament Organizer may consider offensive and detrimental to the image of the Team and the Tournament Organizer is prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in the entire Team losing the points they earned in the tournament, which are required for promotion in the Hall of Fame. Depending on the violation of Game Rules, sanctions may be imposed on certain violators.

2.    Deliberately misleading the Organizers by provoking, publishing false information, and/or sabotaging the image and position of other Players, Teams, and Clans, as well as Tournament Organizers, is prohibited.

3.    The use of provocative and offensive names of teams when registering for tournaments is prohibited. Violation of this rule can result in the Team being forcibly renamed. In case of repeated violation, the Team may be disbanded and prohibited from participating in the tournament.

4.    Players must follow the principles of fair play and good sportsmanship during the competition. Any actions of a Player and a Team that do not comply with these principles are considered unsportsmanlike conduct and may result in restrictions applied to the player's account for the duration of the Tournament, as well as voiding of the Clan's position in the Hall of Fame.

5.    Violation of the Game Rules and EULA is prohibited.

6.    The use of any techniques associated with unfair play is prohibited.

7.    The use of an account created by another Player to participate in matches is prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in the player's account being permanently banned from the game, and the Clan Team with whom the violator is registered will lose 25% of the prize pool in the upcoming Tournament of the corresponding Echelon. If a Team/Clan is found to have two (2) or more violators, the Team of this Clan will lose 75% of the prize pool in the upcoming Tournament of the corresponding Echelon.

8.    The use of any modification of the game client for the purpose of obtaining an in-game advantage is prohibited.

9.    The use of any bugs/loopholes in the game mechanics for the purpose of obtaining an in-game advantage in the tournament is prohibited.

10.    Any collusion between players and/or teams for the purpose of obtaining an in-game advantage is prohibited.  Collusion pertains, but is not limited, to acts such as:

  • An agreement or any form of negotiation regarding the result or score of a Match
  • Intentional passive play to achieve a desired match result or intended sabotage of Team actions to achieve a desired match result

Violation of this rule will result in the Clan of the Team that violated the rule losing all points (cups) that were earned by the Team in the current Tournament.

11.    Intentional use of any errors (bugs) or failures in the Game's operation in order to obtain an in-game advantage is prohibited.

12.    Any commercial fraud related to the sale of accounts to third parties, as well as the sale of places in the Hall of Fame or rewards that the Team, Clan, and Players receive in tournaments, is prohibited. Players who violate this rule are added to the blacklist of participants and lose the right to participate in all major tournaments, such as Professionals Tournaments, Challengers Tournaments, and Season Championships, over the next two (2) Seasons. The Clan from which the violation was detected will lose all points (cups) earned by the team in the current tournament. If a violation is detected in the form of sale/transfer of a place in the Hall of Fame, the Clan/Team with which the collusion was made also loses all points (cups) that were earned in the current Tournament. The penalty is effective from the moment it is announced by the Organizer.

The Organizer has the right to prohibit participation in the Tournament for a Team and/or Player at any moment based on Regulation violation(s) during previous Tournaments. The evaluation of violations and their severity is conducted by the Organizer. The Organizer's decision regarding the Team and/or Player is not subject to appeal.
