I wouldn’t describe it as a “problem”. crappy teams are a problem. trolls are a problem. Easter eggs or lack of… not a problem.

What exactly does one get from said ‘Easter egg.’?

I’m sorry Cru - what’s the point then?

gives the designers something to do.

sandworm on the desert map is a classic... there's a pizza on the roof of a building on the vineyards map, and music if you go by the opera house

it's just a little extra something something, if you find it interesting... or it's only bloating the game files if you don't care.

Just do a search on the search bar, and soak up the knowledge from legends who have since moved on to Valhalla. All we can offer you is distilled regurgitation, or worse, incorrect advice.

I know nothing about the subject matter, just seems like if that’s the case the designers efforts would be better served on developing content that makes a positive impact on game play or the game experience.

They are minor and don’t require much effort.
Some people get a kick out of them, the only issue is when people decide to go explore for them in Regular battles.  Not in TR’s or irrelevant modes.

Easter eggs undoubtedly provide for game experience. in WOTB they’ve foreshadowed new maps and new tanks. And others have just been weird but welcome.  But I’m certainly not sweating anything if one stops working.

you should google some of the more famous ones. I think there was a version of Excel that had a whole (simple) game hidden in it.

Never knew. So that giant dinosaur/worm thing that shows up is an Easter Egg eh? Interesting.
