Do you think the deal is worth the 5.5k gold? Just ground out enough ads for it.

 

Contents- Superpershing, 30 days premium (unsure how much I can take advantage of, but seems to makes up the 5.5k gold price), full equipment, 500k credits (not really needed but ok), and the camo + attachment (camo will be 25k credits since I have it already)

 

For the Superpershing itself, I have been wanting one for some time due to its unique history, but performance in game seems to be not great + heard it is missing an upper front plate slab of armour in the model. 

 

How is your experiances with the superpershing, both owning it and fighting against it? How easy is the frontal plate penned? It seems like a really good hull down tank. I personally had some issues getting shots into the gun stabilzer weakspot, but could easily pen the bottom plate.

If your gold comes at this cost (expensive), I would say no. T26E5 has sold for a similar price and it's a much nicer tank IMO, quite underrated.

Ye but it comes with prem time so maybe its a deal to consider but only for the prem time

It's quite cheap for a tier 8 premium, but the tank is bad.  Hard to say it's a bad deal I guess...

I cannot say the tank is as bad as people here say, I don't have one but, I tend to have difficulty against them more than not.

Biggest reason why it's weak is because the entire region above the mantlet is an easy pen. This makes it impossible to really wiggle or hide it and as long as you aim at any part of the cupola region you will pen.

What tank is the T26E5? I do remember hearing that name but a check in blitz hangar only gives something like the T25 Pilot 1, or the T7 T26E3 Eagle 7 , which I have recently taken out and found that I do preform quite well in it.

 

True, it seems that my gold income is halted due to the recent event making WG pull the gold ads as I have heard. Is this true? 

Is there other tanks that came around at around 5.5k in the past? I hav e gotten a  Lowe in a 5k pop-up offer, which is the only other time I have seen a t8 for 5.5 k.

Bought it and i think its fine, I don't think most players will do well in it though. It really needs a turret buff or speed buff. 

I'd rather play the t26e5 over it any day

ah it’s classified as a heavy tank. No wonder I did not find it.

yep the sheriff does have a better gun and more armor at the cost a some speed. Is the additional raw armor thickness better than the spaced armory arrangement on the superpershing? It is also currently stuck in a 8.5 k gold pack with a t23 or 6.5 k alone … darn

 

how often is the sheriff for sale? It is pretty unpredictable, might have to settle for the superpershing maybe.

Would pushing up a ridge while hull down tilt the turret back enough to hide the spot, without exposing the bottom plate and still being able to fire using the 10 degrees gun depression?
