Yes, but they took this on in addition to their other WG Duties - so they are relying on Members and Moderators to provide information etc while they continue with the move etc.

the replacement is NikkiAxwell, but he's yet to show here. they hired him right at the end of February, which was a weird month for WG with the invasion happening. They either didn't expect him to fully replace Ribble already, or they hired him with the purpose of replacing Ribble due to unfortunate circumstances, and he is still learning the ropes. he has said virtually nothing on the official discord but he is watching and doing internal stuff right now.

Those are two different jobs. Mods are player volunteers, NikkiAxwell would be staff on the Social Media team. Judging from WG’s job announcements members of that team have quite a few other duties.
