[Turret_Rob]

During play my game stalled.  When I restarted I had a new player screen.  OMG, been playing for 7 years. I deleted and reinstalled and have my login now.

 

however when I start, it goes to syncing data for a long time then sometimes it logs me off. 
 

Been trouble shooting this for days. 
 

anyone else have a fix or is the WOT server hung.

Playing on PC ... possibly through Steam?

Playing On PC, Win 11,  GameBox App, no steam.  Was playing game, screen froze, when I got back on , my game was as a new player.

Deleted and reinstalled, got my logon then.    I logged in, game started sync data, saw my original garage appear, then sync at garage never completed.

Screen went back to sync data, garage then logs me off.

Defrag your Registry or clean up the game files. I play this game on Windows 11 Pro but I don't use Game Box App. Why not try not using the GameBox App..

I run SSD and defrag serves no purpose on that technology as disk related access is virtual .

 

I deinstalled the folders and reinstalled, no help.

 

I am Win 11 also, I tried deleting the game out of the Xbox app.  I installed in World of  'Control Center', but even though I use the same long in, it assumes I am a new player.

 

I uploaded a screen video to WOT Blitz support, they have not answered yet.

 

Thanks for your suggestions, I guess I just lost 7 years of play and 32 million coins !
