Ok, I've been using the forums to discuss things and look for information when I'm faced with a hard decision, but sometimes I do so for the military ranks. Does anyone really know how much posts it takes for a rise in ranks? I know that 10 posts is Lance Corporal, but how much more do you need to rise to Corporal? How much posts do you need to rise for every rank?

No but if you ask nicely here Crusader can make it say whatever you want.

I'm pretty sure it has to do with the quality of your posts.  As in, the lower the quality, the higher your ranking.  

 

I'm just kidding.  I have no idea about how the rankings play out, but occasionally everybody's friend Crusader6 will put up a thread where participants can have their title changed, which is how I got the highly edited Voodoo Wizard title.

No no, I don't mean the ranks with numbers. I mean the ranks on the forums like mine is now Lance Corporal

I have a feeling that your ranks on forums is based on the number of posts, so should I just say hi in every forum post?

It does have to do with your post count. It goes up to Captain at some point. I'm not sure how many posts are needed again to move up the ranks.

I seriously do not recommend using the spamming Hi to forums so that you can rise in post count. It does not work and backfires. As a player who likes to keep my record clean, I got a warning point when I said Hi to this post to raise my count. Do not, ever, spam to raise your post count. My penalty was 1 day BANNED from the forums.
