I just got this tank. I am free 2 play so I got it stock. Free XP'd the engine. Still don't have the BL-10 gun. Got the tracks too. Used crew boosters to get to 100%. How to effectively play this tank? Especially on maps that don't favor tds. Large maps like Castilla also don't work well because of the stock gun being very inaccurate (0.46 dispersion with 100% crew). I missed the broad side of an AMX 50 100 fully aimed in from 300m away.

it’s not really a sniping TD. More like second line… stay behind the heavies or meds and peek a boom from close range.

at 300m I feel that you’re lucky if the shell doesn’t just fly off the map.

play some other tanks and free XP all the modules, then play it.

It's all about the BL-10. It's a fun but team and RNG dependent tank. Good camo rating but fragile and poor traverse so I do play it very passive initially. It's gonna really struggle on some maps due to it's campy playstyle. It really thrives on TD maps when you get the BL-10 though.

If you need to go spank someone in the face, do it.

but make sure he doesn’t survive.

 

in the end game you can kill anyone with one shot.

make sure you live to see it.

 

also, 1200 dmg with HE.

practice the HE.

No it is not, the ISU-152 BL-10 gun is great and is very accurate. The tank mobility is bad but you can make up for that in playstyle.

I disagree, the tank has great armor. (and Russia bias).

Obj704 has some workable angles in its armor.

 

ISU doesn’t really have any armor to speak of, 

however it has a giganormous mantlet that does receive a lot of hate from the red players.

I think you misunderstood me. I said it's all about the BL-10, which he doesn't have yet. The tank is all about that gun. It will get much better when he gets that gun, but it's still fragile and has poor mobility.

Well, you guys sold me on this TD.  Had it unlocked for a while and dumped a 50% cert on it to get it for 1.26m.  Already have everything unlocked.  Just want to get the Tundra camo and see what it feels like deleting half the health off of some tanks.
